AP POLYCET 2026 Final Phase Counselling Schedule Released

The Commissionerate of Higher Education (CHE), Andhra Pradesh has released the final phase counselling schedule. It covers the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET) 2026 admission process. The notification is now live at polycet.ap.gov.in.

Certificate verification and processing fee payment will begin on July 16, 2026. Web options entry will also open on the same day. The final seat allotment result will be declared on July 24, 2026.

AP POLYCET is the state-level entrance test for polytechnic diploma admissions. It is conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET). This final phase is the last chance to secure a diploma seat this year.

Who Is Eligible for the Final Phase Counselling?

The final phase is open to a wide group of qualified candidates. Aspirants must have a valid AP POLYCET 2026 rank to participate.

Candidates who did not receive a seat in Phase 1.
Candidates who want to upgrade to a better college or branch.
Qualified candidates who missed Phase 1 counselling.
Candidates applying to minority institutions, subject to seat availability.

Aspirants who receive a fresh allotment must note one key rule. Any earlier Phase 1 seat will be cancelled automatically on new allotment.

How to Complete Self Reporting After Seat Allotment?

Self reporting is a two-step process after the allotment result is out. It must be finished between July 25 and July 29, 2026.
