The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has opened the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2026 Pharmacy counselling registration. The registration window has started today, October 7, 2026. Eligible candidates can register on the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in. The counselling is held for lateral entry admission into second-year B.Pharmacy programmes.
Only candidates holding a valid Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharmacy) qualification can apply. The registration window will close on October 8, 2026. The seat allotment result will be announced on October 12, 2026.

The counselling fills lateral entry seats across government and private pharmacy colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Admissions are made for the 2026-27 academic session. Candidates must complete each step within the given window.

Processing Fee for AP ECET Pharmacy Counselling 2026
Candidates must pay the processing fee online during registration. The fee varies by category. Payment can be made through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Only candidates who hold a valid Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharmacy) qualification are eligible. The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) mandates completion of practical training. Lateral entry admission is granted only after the D.Pharmacy course and practical training are complete.
Candidates with a B.Sc. degree are not eligible for admission into the B.Pharmacy course. Applicants must have appeared for and qualified in the AP ECET 2026 examination. Candidates must also meet the minimum qualifying marks set by APSCHE.

Documents Required for Verification
Candidates must upload scanned copies of key documents. Original certificates may be required at the time of physical verification. The main documents needed are:
- AP ECET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
- D.Pharmacy certificate and marks memos
- SSC or equivalent certificate
- Study certificates from Class 9 to D.Pharmacy
- Transfer certificate from the last institute attended
- Income certificate for fee reimbursement claims
- Caste certificate for reserved category candidates

How to Register for AP ECET Pharmacy Counselling 2026?
The registration process is fully online. Candidates must keep their AP ECET hall ticket and rank card ready. All academic certificates must be scanned in advance.
- Visit the official portal at cap.apcfss.in.
- Click on the AP ECET Pharmacy registration link.
- Enter the AP ECET hall ticket number and other details.
- Pay the processing fee online as per category.
- Upload the required certificates for online verification.
- Exercise web options for preferred colleges and courses.
Lateral entry seats are limited to 10 percent of the sanctioned intake. These seats are earmarked specifically for Diploma holders. Candidates who miss this window may lose the chance to enter B.Pharmacy this year.
Action Plan for Candidates
The seat allotment result will be released on October 12, 2026 after 6:00 PM. Candidates must then self-report online and attend physical reporting at the allotted college.
