The Andhra Pradesh EAPCET-2025 (MPC Stream) admissions for B.Pharmacy and Pharm-D courses are now in the final stage of web counselling. On 14 October 2025 (Today), the counselling process enters the option change phase, allowing candidates to modify or update the choices they submitted earlier between 11 and 13 October. This is the last opportunity for students to adjust their preferences before seat allotments are finalised.

The seat allotment results will be released on 21 October 2025. After this, candidates must report to their allotted colleges between 21 and 24 October 2025. Classes for the new academic session are scheduled to begin on 21 October 2025.

AP EAPCET 2025 Pharmacy Web Counselling Dates

The web counselling process requires candidates to have their documents verified and follow proper procedures while exercising options. Documents required include the APEAPCET-2025 rank card and hall ticket, Intermediate marks memo, date of birth proof, transfer certificate, study certificates, caste/income/EWS/residence certificates (if applicable).

Candidates who have already completed registration and verification can proceed to update their options directly. Those who need assistance can visit any of the Help Line Centres across Andhra Pradesh. Centres operate from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and are available in districts including Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur, Nellore, Tirupati, Ananthapuram, Kurnool, and Kadapa.
