Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh has announced the admission process for UG, PG, diploma, and professional courses for the 2026-27 academic session.

The application forms and admission guide will be available from February 1, 2026, while entrance tests for different programmes will be conducted between April and June 2026 at Aligarh and selected outside centres.

Candidates seeking admission to courses like BA, BSc, BTech, MBA, BEd, and others must apply online and follow the official schedule.

The university has confirmed that the admission guide and application forms will go live from February 1, 2026 on the official website. Students must regularly check the portal for updates, eligibility rules, and detailed instructions before filling out the form.

AMU conducts its own entrance examinations for most courses, and selection is based on performance in these tests.

The Controller of Examinations has advised all aspirants to regularly visit the official website for changes in dates, admit cards, syllabus, and test centre details. Missing updates may lead to application rejection or exam issues.

Students should also keep documents like marksheets, ID proof, photographs, and category certificates ready while applying.

After results are declared, AMU will begin the counselling and admission process. Qualified candidates will be called for document verification and seat allotment based on merit.
