AILET 2026 Counselling First Allotment List Released; Check Now @nationallawuniversitydelhi.in

National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) has released First Provisional Merit List of Selected Candidates for counselling on January 8, 2026 at 6 pm for AILET 2026 admissions to its B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) and LL.M. programs for the 2026–27 academic session.

The AILET 2026 registration counselling process is conducted entirely online, and eligible candidates (around three times the number of seats, category-wise) receive counselling invitations through their AILET 2026 login, email, and SMS.

Invited candidates must complete online AILET 2026 counselling registration and pay the registration fee of ₹30,000 (General/KM) or ₹20,000 (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD) before the deadline.

Based on merit, NLU Delhi has released the first merit list on January 8, 2026, and shortlisted candidates are required to pay a provisional admission confirmation fee of ₹50,000, which will later be adjusted against the total fee; the remaining balance must be paid by the last date. The last date to register is January 14, 2026.

For B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) and the LL.M. programme total fee is ₹2.61 lakh. The LL.M. program is non-residential with no hostel facility.

AILET 2026 Documents Required

For B.A.LL.B.(Hons.)

1. Class 10th Mark Sheet.
2. Class 12th Mark Sheet (minimum 45%; relaxations apply: 42% OBC, 40% SC/ST/PwD).
3. Character Certificate (Recent, only 6 months old).
4. Category Certificate (PwD/SC/ST/OBC/EWS, valid format & date).

For LL.M.

1. Bachelor’s Degree (LL.B. / Equivalent), Mark sheet (minimum 50%; 45% SC/ST/PwD).
2. Class 10 & 12 Mark Sheets.
3. Character Certificate (6 months old).
4. Category Certificate (PwD/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/KM).
