NLU Delhi has released the Second Provisional Merit List for admission to the Joint Master's/LL.M. in Intellectual Property (IP) Law and Management (Non-Residential). Candidates must confirm admission by paying the required fee by February 5, 2025.
The National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) has released the Second Provisional Merit List for admissions to the Joint Masters/LL.M. in Intellectual Property (IP) Law and Management (Non-Residential) Program. Candidates who participated in the interview and group discussion round have been considered based on the number of available seats in each category.

Admission Process and Fee Payment
Candidates listed in the Second Provisional Merit List must complete the admission formalities by making the required fee payments within the stipulated deadline.
- Provisional Admission Confirmation Fee: INR 50,000 (to be paid by February 5, 2025)
- Counseling and Admission Fee for New Candidates:
- General/OBC candidates: INR 80,000
- SC/ST/PwD candidates: INR 70,000
- Both fees will be adjusted against the final tuition fee, which must be paid no later than April 30, 2025.
Failure to complete the fee payment within the deadline will lead to automatic cancellation of the admission offer, and the seat will be allocated to the next candidate in order of merit.
Switching Between LL.M. and Joint Masters in IP Law and Management
Provisionally admitted candidates in the LL.M. Programme can switch to the Joint Masters in LL.M. (IPR) Programme if they are selected in the Second Provisional Merit List. Similarly, candidates who were previously admitted to the Joint Masters in LL.M. (IPR) Programme can opt to switch to the LL.M. Programme if they are listed in future merit lists.
- To accept the new admission offer, candidates must click the “Accept” button on their dashboard.
- Upon acceptance, the earlier admission will be automatically withdrawn.
- A candidate cannot hold seats in both programs simultaneously.
- Once the switch is made, it is final, and candidates cannot revert to the previous program.
- Fees paid for the previous program will be adjusted against the new program.

Document Submission Requirements
To confirm admission, provisionally selected candidates must:
- Download the Provisional Admission Offer Letter from their AILET-2025 account.
- Sign and upload each page of the Provisional Admission Offer Letter.
- Upload a signed undertaking by both the candidate and their parents.
- Submit Annexure-B and Annexure-C, ensuring that all relevant fields are filled and signed by authorized professionals.
Final Admission Confirmation
The portal for fee payment and document submission will be activated on January 31, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Candidates who fail to accept the admission offer within the deadline will forfeit their seat, and no further requests for reconsideration will be entertained.
