AIIMS Gorakhpur to Conduct Spot Round for INI CET July Session 2023 on August 29; Check Details Here

New Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the Spot Round Counselling Schedule for INI CET July Session 2023. According to the schedule, the spot round counselling will be conducted on August 29, 2023. 

AIIMS Gorakhpur has also released the vacant seats available for admission through INI CET 2023 July Session. The Spot Round of admission will be held at the Medical College Building at AIIMS Gorakhpur. 

Candidates will have to report to the venue with all the required original and attested copies of the documents needed by 9:30 am. The verification of documents will be done from 9:30 am to 11 am. Candidates reporting after 10:30 am will not be considered for counselling.

Here is a list of all the documents that students will need to carry to the venue for Spot Admission 2023:

• Registration slip
• Admit card
• Rank Card
• Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
• Class 10th Certificate and Marks Sheet
• Class 10+2 Certificate and Mark Sheet
• Marks Sheet of MBBS- All Professionals
• MBBS Degree certificate
• Internship Completion Certificate
• Permanent Registration certificate issued by MCI/SMC/NMC
• Proof of identity (Aadhar/PAN/Driving License/ Passport)
• Proof of Address (Aadhar/Driving License/ Passport)
• SC/ST Certificate
• OBC – NCL Certificate (Should be issued between 08.05.2022 to 07.05.2023)
• EWS Certificate (Valid for the FY 2023-24 and issued between 01.04.2023 to 07.05.2023 based on income of FY 2022-23)

AIIMS Gorakhpur Spot Round Counselling 2023: Important Points to Note

• Candidates who have appeared in INI-CET PG for July 2023 session held on Sunday, the 7th of May 2023 and are declared qualified vide result notification No. 72/2023 dated 13.05.2023 are provisionally eligible.
• Candidates who are eligible for spot round as per the instructions should report physically with original documents on 29.08.2023 before 10.30am. Candidates reporting after 10.30am shall not be considered for counselling. 
• Allocation of seat shall be done as per rank/merit
• All the provisionally eligible candidates (point 1) and who are not holding any seat by allocation and wish to participate in the stray vacancy round are mandatorily required to submit all original documents as per the list and an undertaking that if a seat is allocated then he/she shall take admission and if no admission is taken then a penalty of Rs.3.00 Lacs shall be applicable.
• All candidates who have been allocated a seat in any previous round of seat allocation and have joined/reported on the allocated seat as per the procedure of joining/reporting & holding the seat are not eligible for the spot round of counseling at AIIMS Gorakhpur. Please take utmost care, and read and understand the above carefully before participating in the stray vacancy round.
• All candidates who would be allocated a seat in the spot round are required to join the allocated seat at the allotted institute by 5 pm on the same day i.e. 29.08.2023. If the candidate does not join the allocated seat, then penalty of Rs.3 Lacs shall be levied.
• All participating candidates must be carrying all original documents where accepting a seat will be treated as on the spot admission and original documents will be deposited on the spot. Non- joining on any accepted seat will lead to imposition of penalty as applicable to student resigning after admission.
• Any candidate submits any document which is not valid as per prospectus and any notice published will be treated as providing false information. For example: Submitting a document which is not issued between dates as prescribed in the prospectus and submitted by a candidate to obtain eligibility despite knowing the fact that certification is not valid as not issued as prescribed in prospectus; Applying in anticipating of obtaining desired qualification and not obtained on the date as required; False reporting on caste, age, gender, date of acquiring eligibility, date of completion of internship; Any other information which is not true as required in prospectus/ notice and submitted in order to dispute at later stage.
• If it is established, at any time during the process of Seat allocation of INI-CET July 2023 or later, that applicant has deliberately furnished incorrect information for the purpose of falsification, it shall be treated as an attempt to cheat and the candidature shall be annulled and further legal and disciplinary actions will be taken.
