NTA has opened AIAPGET 2026 registration at exams.nta.nic.in. Candidates can apply till July 30 for the entrance exam on August 22. The test covers MD and MS admissions in Ayurveda Unani Siddha and Homoeopathy across All India seats.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened AIAPGET 2026 registration. AIAPGET is the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test. Candidates can apply at exams.nta.nic.in/aiapget.

The exam is the single gateway to postgraduate Ayush courses. It offers seats in MD and MS programmes. Streams include Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy.

Admissions run through All India Quota and State Quota seats. The 2026-27 academic session is the target cycle.

Candidates must pay the fee only through online modes. Accepted options include credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI. The processing charge is non-refundable in all cases.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Applicants need a BAMS, BUMS, BSMS, BHMS, or Graded BHMS degree. The degree must be recognised under IMCC 1970 or HCC 1973. Holders of provisional pass certificates can also apply.

A registration certificate from CCIM, CCH, or a recognised university is compulsory. Candidates must complete a one-year internship on or before August 31, 2026.

AIAPGET 2026 Test Cities and Languages

NTA will conduct the CBT across 122 cities in India. The paper is offered in different languages by stream.

How to Register for AIAPGET 2026?

The application process runs fully online on the NTA portal. Candidates must upload scanned photographs, signatures, and required certificates. Personal, academic, and category details are entered on the form.

Fee payment is done in the same session after review. A confirmation page must be saved for future reference.

New Security Measures This Year

AIAPGET 2026 will use Aadhaar authentication at the exam centre. Candidates will also undergo live photo capture on the exam day. These steps aim to curb impersonation.
