The master's degree entitles to "preparatory service for the higher teaching position at vocational schools" (also called legal clerkship) in Baden-Württemberg. The preparatory service lasts 18 months and ends with a state examination (2nd state examination). It is also possible to start a career in managerial activities in company education and human resources.
