BA Philosophy at TU-Darmstadt: Fees 2026 Dates & Requirements

The component Philosophy attempts to understand the nature, thinking and acting of human beings. From this comprehensive basic idea, it is initially not a specialized science; it is free to turn to the most different issues and areas. Students thus need strong language comprehension skills as well as their own linguistic precision and the ability to think in an abstract way. Apart from philosophical prior knowledge, a sound basic knowledge of history, ethics, and history of religion make the initial stage of the program easier.
