The component Business Administration and Economics confront students with the Fundamentals of Business Administration and Economics. A specialization in, expansion of, or a specialization going beyond these fundamentals is not possible within the limited framework of a J.B.A. component. After completing the studies, which will most likely be oriented towards humanities or social sciences within the framework of the Joint Bachelor of Arts (see also the information under “Graduate Programmes” further down on this page), as humanities scholars, the students should be able to analyze economic processes and understand and influence internal processes.
