Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Qualifications - Undergraduate Degree:
  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree with at least 210 ECTS credits in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Technical Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Applicants with degrees from non-Lisbon Convention countries should submit GRE (General) or GATE scores to support their eligibility.

- Indian Students: Typically, a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% from a recognized institution. The degree should be equivalent to a German Bachelor’s degree in terms of content and duration.
- Aptitude Assessment:

  • Applicants must demonstrate their professional qualifications through an aptitude assessment.
  • The written exam covers relevant subject areas including Mathematics, Physics, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, System Theory, Control Engineering, and Computer Science.
  • The exam is conducted both online and on-site at the Campus Cham affiliated with Deggendorf Institute of Technology.
English Language Proficiency - TOEFL: Minimum score of 80 (Internet-based) or equivalent.
- IELTS.: Minimum score of 6.5 overall.
- Some programs may accept alternative English proficiency tests or proof of previous education in English.
