The Uttarakhand NEET UG Counseling 2025 is the official procedure for students who wish to secure admission in Uttarakhand under the 85% state quota and 100% private MBBS and BDS seats. This process is organized by Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU).

Initially scheduled until 24th August, the Uttarakhand State Centralised Counseling Board has extended the last date for Uttarakhand NEET Counselling Round 1 admissions under NEET UG 2025 till 25th August.

Uttarakhand NEET-UG Counseling 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Uttarakhand NEET counseling 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Successfully appeared and qualified for the NEET-UG 2025 examination.
- Candidates should have completed the 2nd PUC or class 12th or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Applicants belonging to specific categories (SC, ST, OBC), the minimum requirement is 40% aggregate marks in these subjects.
- Applicants who are domiciled/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand are eligible to apply.
- Non-residents of Uttarakhand shall also be eligible, but they will not be entitled to any type of reservation or special quota.

Uttarakhand NEET UG Counseling 2025- Provision Bond
- Candidates admitted through the All India Quota (AIQ) do not need to sign any service bond; they are not required to work in Uttarakhand after finishing MBBS.
- Students who opt for bonded fees, available only at Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science & Research(VCSG), Srinagar, Pauri Garhwal, and Soban Singh Jeena Institute of Medical Science & Research, Alomra, are required to serve a minimum of 5 years in any government hospital or health centre located in the hilly regions of the State.
- Failing to do the above will result in the liability to pay the state government a penalty of Rs. 1 Crore either individually or jointly.
