The registration for UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2024 can be done till April 20, 2024. The eligibility criteria to fill for UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2024 application form is different for all three degrees (UG, PG, and Diploma). For UGEE, 50% marks, and 47.5% for SC/ST are the qualifying marks. For PG, the minimum qualifying marks are 60% for General, OBC, and EWS and 55% for SC/ST categories. For Diploma Course, the qualifying marks are 50% for General, EWS, OBC and 45% for SC/ST.

Completing this process, details like name, father’s and mother’s name, date of birth, email ID, photo ID proof, photograph, and signature must be uploaded. How to Apply for UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2024?

Application procedure for UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2024 begins with the online registration of candidates. There is no offline method of submitting the application. Candidates can follow the steps given below to complete the application form filling procedure.

Step 1: Registration

  • Candidates must visit the official website (upvetuniv.edu.in).
  • New Users must first register themselves by clicking on the relevant link,
  • Enter mobile number following with OTP verification
  • Aspirants must provide basic details such as name, Father’s Name, and mother’s name. Valid Email ID must also be provided as Login Credentials for further steps will be sent to this email id.

Step 2: Application Form Filling

  • Using the Login Credentials received in the registered email ID, candidates must proceed to fill in UP Veterinary Entrance application form.
  • All Personal Details including gender, nationality, religion, birthplace, caste category, examination center preference and address details including PIN code must be entered.
  • Candidates must then enter all the details asked about the Education Qualification.

Step 3: Upload of Photo, Signature, and Thumb Impression

  • Next step is to upload the required documents. These include upload of high quality scanned images of candidate’s passport size photograph, signature and thumb impression in the prescribed format. No other documents are required to be uploaded.
  • Other documents are required only at the time of verification process during counselling.
  • Size of files containing scanned images of photograph, signature, and thumb impression cannot exceed 80kb each. All scanned images must be in .jpeg format.

Step 4: UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2024 Application Form Fee Payment

  • After uploading photograph, signature and thumb impression, candidates must proceed to pay the requisite application form fee of INR 1800
  • This fee can be paid in one of the online methods. This includes Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking.
  • This fee cannot be paid in any of the offline methods.
  • Once UP Veterinary Entrance application form fee is successfully paid, the completed application form will be generated which contains the Registration Number.  Candidates must carefully make note of this.
  • After Submitting the application form online, candidates can take a print of the filled-in application form for any further future reference.

Important instructions related to UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2024 application form are as follows:

  • Application form for UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2024 can be accessed only through online portal
  • Application form processing fee is to be paid through online system only by Credit card / Debit card/Internet Banking for which the service charges, as per rules, shall be applicable in addition to the application form processing fee
  • No other mode of payment shall be permitted. Online application will be considered subject to the successful credit of the application form processing fee to the University account before closing date. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Candidate will have to submit separate application form for UGEE/ PGEE/DEE
  • A candidate is required to submit only one application form for one program. That is for undergraduate programme he/she has to submit one application form. However, if, he/she wishes to apply for diploma programme also he/she has to apply separately. If a candidate submits more than one application form for same programme, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled
  • Students should upload his/her recent coloured passport size photograph with date in full front pose without any cap and/or sunglasses in the application form at the specified place
  • Applicant is advised to clearly mention his/her complete mailing address in the application form
  • Application forms of those candidates who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria will be rejected
  • Application form should be complete in all respects and must be accompanied by attested copies of all the certificates and mark sheets as proof of the educational qualifications
