How to Fill SRMS EET 2024 Application Form?

SRMS EET application form can be submitted vis both online and offline mode. It is advised to applicant to go through thoroughly from eligibility criteria prescribed for B. Tech programme before filling up the Application Form.

In offline mode:

• Applicant can personally submit the application form for SRMS EET 2024 directly to any of the three Institutions of SRSM Trust at Bareilly and Lucknow.
• SRMS EET 2024 Application Form, after downloading from above mentioned website, is required to complete as per the instructions mentioned with SRMS EET Application Form.
• SRMS EET 2024 application form has to be submitted by post along-with DD of INR 1000/- at

In case of delay in receiving of SRMS EET 2024 application form, SRMS Trust admission office will not accept application form after last date of submission.

Online Mode:

SRMS EET 2024 Application form submission through online mode is much better way in comparison of offline mode of submission. While submitting SRMS EET 2022 application online, keep in mind to arrange Scanned self photograph and signature (self and parent / guardian), and keep academic details of Class 12^th with you.

Here is the entire process of submitting application form for SRMS EET 2024 as mentioned below step by step:

• Look for a link Admission or SRMS EET 2024 
• Click on Online Registration for SRMS EET 2024 
• Form will be opened
• Fill in the form required information as follows:

1. Personal Details

• Name of Candidate (use Block Letters and write Complete name as mentioned on academic documents)
• Date of Birth (DD MM YYYY format – select from drop down menu)
• Gender (Select clicking on Check Box)
• Mother Tongue (Local Language)
• Native State (Birth Place)
• Whether Hostel Accommodation required (Select YES or NO as per requirement)
• Blood Group (Mention blood group if confirmed, otherwise mention Don’t Know)
• Name of Parent / Guardian (Mention as is suitable)
• Relationship of the person at above with the candidate 
• Parent / Guardian Occupation (In Job or Business)

2. Correspondence Address

• Mention complete address in given fields like House No. / Street No.; Area Name; Town / City; District; State; Pin code; Phone No. (land line with std no, if any); Mobile No.; and Email Address

3. Education Details

• Mention complete information in given fields like Medium of Instruction (Hindi, English or Others)
• Mode of Study (Regular / Other)
• Qualifying Exam Passed / Appearing (Status: Passed / Appearing; Name of the Board; Roll No. / Registration No.; Name and Address of School)
• If appeared in (UPSEE 2017 OR JEE 2017 – Mention Roll Numbers)

4. Choice of Campus and Engineering Branch

• Mention preference for each campus from 1 to 3
• Mention preference for engineering branch in each campus

5. Preference of Examination Center

• Select 2 Exam centers

6. Upload Documents

• Self Photograph
• Self Signature
• Signature of Parent or Guardian

7. Payment

• Select Payment Option
• Now go to payment
• Payment gateway opens here
• Choose Payment Method: Net-Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card
• Confirm payment

General Instruction for filling in SRMS EET 2024 Application Form by hand (Offline)

• Read the following instructions carefully before filling in the SRMS EET 2024 application form.
• Requests for corrections will not be entertained later.
• Refer to the specimen copy enclosed in this brochure. 
• The application form should be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.
• Candidates should send only the original SRMS EET 2024 Application form and should keep a photocopy of the same. 
• The application form scanning / processing is automated. Hence, take utmost care in writing with black ballpoint pen in the boxes wherever provided. 
• Do not scribble, cut, tear or erase SRMS EET 2024 Application form.
• Make sure that no stray marks anywhere on SRMS EET 2024 Application form. 
• The photograph, signature, and address of the applicant are to be scanned. So paste (do not staple) a recent colour photograph of good quality with white or light colour background.
• Sign in the prescribed place using only a black ballpoint pen. 
• Note that your name, your parent' / guardian's name and your date of birth should be the same as given in your 10th Class marks sheet or certificate / Higher Secondary School examination certificate.
• Candidate will have to mention preference for engineering branch and institution out of three Institutions of SRMS Trust.
• Candidate also require to mention preference for center for exam i.e. Bareilly and Lucknow
• In “Payment Detail” select, the option given for payment of SRMS EET 2024 fee as is suitable.
• Write DD details if payment is to be done by DD in Payment Detail section.
• At the last of the Application Form, Parent or Guardian should also sign on specified field in SRMS EET 2024 application form
• The application must be complete in all respects. An incomplete application or application filled in a language other than English will be rejected. 
• Candidates are advised to keep a photocopy of the filled-in application for future reference and quote the application number in all their future correspondence

There is no option available to make correction in application form one after its submission whether through online mode or offline mode. Although, if candidate needs to change campus or engineering branch preferences, an application can be sent on email address of admission cell.

An admission cell is also set up for facilitating applicants in case of any confusion or requirement of any guidance. Candidate can request to admission help desk to guide regarding correction or change in SRMS EET 2022  application form.

During offline process of submitting SRMS EET 2022  application form, if some wrong information will be written in such a case, overwriting will not be acceptable and application will be rejected.

There is only one option available to applicant that a new application form be downloaded again and then write required information again carefully and before submitting application form for SRMS EET 2022  check twice or thrice to ensure that all entries are correct.
