JUET Application Form 2026: Important Dates

Today (June 6, 2026) falls in the late-fee phase — you must pay Rs. 500 as a late fee on top of the base registration fee of Rs. 500, bringing the total to Rs. 1,000. The window closes tomorrow, June 7, 2026.

Note: The last date to apply without a late fee was June 4, 2026, which has now passed. Applications submitted on June 5, 6, or 7 attract an additional late fee of Rs. 500. No applications will be accepted after June 7, 2026 under any circumstances.

JUET 2026 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

Before filling the JUET 2026 admission form, confirm that you meet the minimum eligibility. University of Jammu applies different percentage thresholds based on your programme level and category.

Students who appeared in their Class 12 or final-year graduation examinations in 2026 may apply provisionally. You must produce final marksheets at the time of document verification; provisional admission will be cancelled if you fail to meet the minimum percentage at final result.

Admission is based on a composite score combining academic merit and JUET 2026 performance. For PG programmes, CUET scores are also accepted as an alternative to JUET. Students applying through the merit route (non-JUET, non-CUET) must check programme-specific merit criteria in the official admission brochure.

Note: Students from outside Jammu & Kashmir may apply to University of Jammu programmes. However, reservation benefits under J&K domicile-based categories are available only to students holding a valid J&K Domicile Certificate. How to Fill JUET Application Form 2026

The JUET 2026 admission registration is entirely online at juadmission.formapply.in. Complete both phases — Registration and Form Filling — before June 7, 2026. A late fee of Rs. 500 is currently applicable.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit juadmission.formapply.in and click "New Registration."
2. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as they appear on your Class 10 certificate.
3. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent to your registered number.
4. Select your admission mode: JUET-2026, CUET (PG only), or Academic Merit / Non-JUET / Non-CUET — you cannot change this after submission.
5. Set a strong password and note your Application Number carefully — you need it for all logins, the Edit Window, and future correspondence.
6. Save your login credentials securely. They are required for document verification, seat allocation, and admission.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in using your Application Number and Password at juadmission.formapply.in.
2. Fill in your personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category (General / SC / ST / OBC / PwD / EWS), nationality, and permanent address.
3. Fill in your academic details: Class 10 and 12 board, year of passing, roll number, and marks obtained. PG students must also fill graduation details (all semesters / years).
4. Enter your JUET 2026 score and rank (for JUET route), or your CUET score (for CUET-PG route), exactly as printed on your official scorecard.
5. Select your programme and course preferences in order of priority.
6. Upload your photograph, signature, and all required documents in the specified format and file size.
7. Review all entries carefully — pay special attention to your name spelling, date of birth, category, and scorecard details before proceeding to payment.
8. Pay the registration fee of Rs. 500 (plus Rs. 500 late fee, applicable now) via any available online payment mode.
9. Download and save your confirmation page after successful payment. Take a printout — it is required at document verification and admission.

Note: Submit only one application form. Multiple applications from the same student will be summarily rejected and the registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

JUET Application Fee 2026

The JUET 2026 admission registration fee is Rs. 500. Since the standard registration window closed on June 4, 2026, applications submitted between June 5–7, 2026 attract an additional late fee of Rs. 500. The total payable right now is Rs. 1,000.

Payment is accepted via: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI. No offline payment mode (cheque, demand draft, or cash) is accepted at any stage of the JUET 2026 admission process.

JUET Application Form Correction 2026

University of Jammu provides a one-time Edit / Correction Window from June 8–9, 2026 for students to fix errors in their submitted admission form and re-upload documents that were incorrectly submitted. This is the only opportunity to make changes after your application is submitted — use it carefully.

What You Can Correct

• Personal details: name spelling (minor corrections), date of birth, permanent address
• Academic details: board name, year of passing, marks obtained, roll number
• Programme and course preferences
• Photograph and signature (if the upload was rejected or incorrect)
• Category / reservation details (subject to uploading the correct supporting document)
• Any document that was unclear, corrupted, or incorrectly uploaded during the original submission

What Cannot Be Changed

• Registered mobile number and email ID (these are used for OTP and all official communication)
• Admission mode — once set to JUET, CUET, or Merit at registration, it cannot be switched
• Application Number (auto-generated at registration; permanent)

How to Access the Correction Window

1. Log in at juadmission.formapply.in using your Application Number and Password on June 8 or 9, 2026.
2. Click "Edit Application" or the correction link displayed on your dashboard.
3. Make the required corrections and re-upload documents where needed.
4. Submit the corrected form and download the revised confirmation page.
5. No additional fee is charged for using the Edit Window.
