Given below are the course-wise minimum eligibility criteria to be eligible for ILICAT 2024:
For LLM One year/Two years Programs
- LLB degree with at least 50% marks from any University/Institution recognized by Bar Council of India.
- Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply, only if they obtain the basic marks in the examination.
For PG Diploma Programs
- Minimum qualification for admission in P.G. diploma programs is a graduate degree from a recognized university. 5% weightage for admission to all postgraduate diploma courses.
- Those who have passed or appeared in the 4th year examination of LLB (5-year course) from a recognized university are also eligible for P.G. diploma programs. 5 seats are reserved for these candidates.
- The admission will be on the basis of a 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of the university examination.

Candidates having LLM degree from a recognized institute with minimum 55% marks are eligible to apply.
