IISER IAT 2025 Answer Key Objection Window
The IISER IAT 2025 Answer Key Objection Window was open on 29 May 2025 from 5:00 PM to 1st June 2025. Candidates who have appeared for the IISER Aptitude Test had the opportunity to review the Provisional Answer Key and raise objections if any discrepancies were found by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹100 per question.
The Final IISER Answer Key will be released in the 1st week of June 2025, after reviewing all the valid objections.

The IISER has released the IISER IAT Result 2025 on June 24, 2025 on their official website. In IISER IAT 2025, approximately 70,000 candidates have participated, and as per the previous years' trends, approximately 10–15% of candidates generally qualify for the exam, which means around 7,000 to 10,500 candidates are expected to qualify for the IISER (IAT) 2025.

IISER 2025 Admission Process
After the IISER (IAT) 2025 Result, the candidates are required to fill out the preference for the IISERs in the online application form during IISER Counselling 2025; the preferences of IISERs are not required during the filling up of the application form for appearing in the IAT 2025.

IISER 2025 Choose/ Reject
If the candidate has received an offer of admission, the applicant has the option to accept or decline the seat. The candidate will not be eligible to take part in further counseling rounds if they decline the offered seat or if they do not act before the deadline.
- When a candidate receives an offer, they must pay a seat acceptance fee online by the deadline to "Accept & Float" or "Accept & Freeze."
- The candidate will not be considered for admission in later allocation rounds if the seat acceptance fee is not paid.
IISER 2025 Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF)
The IISER Seat Acceptance Fee is to be paid only after the candidate has received an offer of admission.

IISER 2025 Withdrawal Process
The application fee of IISER is non-refundable, whereas the SAF can be refunded as per the refund policy for the SAF.
- To withdraw a seat or offer, click the "WITHDRAW OFFER" on the application portal. The candidate will not be considered for further admissions rounds after the seat or offer is withdrawn. In any case, a withdrawn candidate is not permitted to reapply for admission.
- The withdrawal must be made by the designated date or dates.
- There won't be a cancellation charge if a candidate leaves the counseling procedure before the Round-wise withdrawal (RW) deadline.
- The non-refundable deposit will be deducted if a candidate withdraws after the RW deadline but on or before the Final Withdrawal (FW) deadline.
To receive a SAF refund, candidates must promptly withdraw their application via the counseling site; if they don't, the funds will be sent to the designated IISER, which will handle any additional refunds. IISER-specific refund policies apply after joining, and failure to join or pay admission fees by the deadline may result in cancellation fines or loss of admission eligibility.

Tie-Breaking Policy for IISER 2025 Admissions
When there is a tie in marks in IISER 2025 at the time of IISER Admission 2025, a set of measures is used one after the other:
- Higher Biology Grades: Preference is given to applicants who have higher biology grades.
