National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released the official GPAT 2025 answer key on May 29, 2025. You can access it on their website – natboard.edu.in in the Candidate Portal. Along with the answer key, you can also access the GPAT question paper with recorded responses under ‘Candidare Response”.
If you disagree with any answers, you can raise objections between May 29 and June 1, 2025 till 3 PM. You have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per objection. Raise objections through “Challenge Form” on the Candidate Portal. Make sure to review the answer key carefully within this window.
- Objections submitted after the deadline or through any other means will not be accepted.
- Challenges without a valid explanation or reference will be discarded.
Subject matter experts will analyse all objections and make revisions to the GPAT 2025 final answer key as necessary. The decision of the NBEMS on the challenges shall be final and no further communication shall be entertained. GPAT 2025 result is prepared based on the final answer key by June 25, 2025.

- Select the number of the answer from a total of 125 questions that need to be challenged.
- Select the question or answer with the option ID.
- Click on the“Save your Claims”button.
- Upload all the required documents.
- Click on the “save” button and go to the payment tab.
- Pay the requisite amount by selecting the online mode.
- After paying the fees, take a print out of the acknowledgement slip.
Process to Calculate the Score from GPAT Answer Key 2025
With the help of some formula, candidates can calculate the score. For this, candidates must know the marking scheme.
- There will be a total of 125 questions out of 500 marks in the exam paper.
- For each correct answer, candidates will be awarded 4 marks whereas 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer as negative marking.
- For any unanswered question, no marks will be deducted. The formula to calculate the score is given below.
The score obtained in the entrance exam = 4*total number of right answers – (1*total number of incorrect answers)
