The Forest Research Institute Deemed to be University has declared the FRI MSc Result 2026 on June 15, 2026 on the official website, fridu.edu.in. • Open fridu.edu.in on your phone or laptop.

FRI MSc Seat Matrix 2026

Round 1 — Second week of July 2026 (expected)

• Students up to the Round 1 cutoff rank are called to the Dehradun campus on a fixed date.
• Carry the scorecard, admit card, Class 10 and 12 certificates, qualifying degree marksheets, category certificate (if any), four passport-size photos and a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Document verification happens first, followed by course allotment based on rank and preference.
• You pay the admission fee on the spot to confirm the seat. Seats go unfilled if payment is not made that day.

Round 2 — Mid-July 2026 (expected)

• Held only if seats remain vacant after Round 1.
• Waiting list candidates are called in rank order.
• Same document set and on-campus reporting process applies.

If you miss your counselling slot, your position in the merit list is forfeited for that round. FRI does not offer remote or video-based counselling, so plan your travel to Dehradun the night before your reporting date.
