What is CUEE Application Form 2026?

CUEE 2026 is the Centurion University Entrance Examination, a remote-proctored online test that Centurion University of Technology and Management uses for admission to more than 150 programmes across its campuses in Odisha (Bhubaneswar, Paralakhemundi, Balangir, Rayagada, Jatni) and Andhra Pradesh (Vizianagaram). The university operates a rolling registration model, so you can submit a fresh application for any upcoming exam slot until the August 2026 cycle closes. Each application gives you one attempt; selection is based on a 70% weightage to the CUEE 2026 score, 20% to your qualifying examination marks, and 10% to an interview or group discussion at the time of counselling.

Centurion University does not publicly disclose year-on-year registration or attendance figures, which is consistent with most private-university entrance tests in India. The clear trend across the last five cycles is a shift away from a single annual window towards a rolling, monthly exam model, with the 2026 cycle running the widest spread — nine slots from December 2025 through August 2026. The application fee has stayed flat at ₹299, making CUEE one of the lower-cost private-university entrance fees nationally.

CUEE Application Form 2026: Important Dates

The CUEE 2026 schedule runs as a rolling cycle, with one exam slot held on the 30th of each month. The table below lists the remaining upcoming slots first, in chronological order, followed by the slots already conducted earlier in the 2026 cycle. Register at least 5 to 7 days before your preferred slot.

Counselling for the May 30, 2026 slot is already underway in June 2026, and classes for the new academic session start on August 11, 2026. If you want a confirmed seat before the academic session begins, take the June 30 or July 30 slot rather than waiting for August.

CUEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

Check the eligibility criteria for your chosen programme before paying the CUEE 2026 application fee. The fee is non-refundable, and applications from ineligible students are rejected at the counselling stage.

You can apply for CUEE 2026 if you are appearing in your qualifying examination in 2026 — provisional admission is allowed, but you must submit your final marksheet at the time of counselling. There is no age limit for most programmes, and there is no domicile restriction — students from any state or union territory are eligible.

How to Fill CUEE Application Form 2026

The CUEE 2026 application is fully online. You complete registration, form filling, document upload, and fee payment in a single portal session at admissions.cutm.ac.in. The whole process takes around 20 to 30 minutes if your documents are ready.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit the official portal at admissions.cutm.ac.in and click on the "New Registration" or "Apply Now" button.
2. Enter your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as they appear on your Class 10 certificate.
3. Verify your mobile number and email ID using the OTP sent via SMS and email.
4. Set a strong password and note your Application Number — you will need it for every login, slot booking, admit card download, and result check.
5. Save your login credentials securely — they are required for counselling, document verification, and final admission.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in using your Application Number and password at admissions.cutm.ac.in.
2. Fill in your personal details: name, date of birth, gender, category, nationality, and address.
3. Fill in your academic details: Class 10 and 12 board, year of passing, roll number, school name, and percentage of marks.
4. Select your programme of interest (B.Tech, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, B.Pharm, etc.) and your preferred campus — Bhubaneswar, Paralakhemundi, Balangir, Rayagada, Jatni, or Vizianagaram.
5. Choose your preferred CUEE 2026 exam slot — the next available date is June 30, 2026; further slots run on July 30 and August 30, 2026.
6. Upload your photograph and signature in the prescribed format and size.
7. Review every detail carefully — cross-check name spelling, date of birth, category, programme, and exam slot before proceeding.
8. Pay the ₹299 application fee via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
9. Download the confirmation page and save the PDF and a printed copy — you will need it for admit card download and counselling.

Note: Submit only one CUEE 2026 application form. Multiple applications from the same student will be rejected and the ₹299 fee will not be refunded. If you want to attempt another monthly slot, contact CUTM admissions support at 8260 077 222 before paying again.

Documents Required for CUEE Application Form 2026

Keep all CUEE 2026 application documents ready in scanned format before you start the form. The portal does not allow long edit sessions, and unsaved progress is lost after timeout.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph taken after June 2025, with a white background and 80% of your face clearly visible. Do not upload edited, filtered, or studio-retouched photographs — CUTM verification rejects manipulated images at the counselling stage and admission is cancelled.

CUEE Application Fee 2026

The CUEE 2026 application fee is a flat ₹299 for all categories, all programmes, and all exam slots. There is no separate registration fee or convenience fee — the ₹299 covers your CUEE 2026 attempt and counselling registration.

Payment is accepted via: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI. No offline payment mode (cheque, DD, cash) is accepted for application fee. Save the payment receipt PDF immediately after the transaction — you will need it for any refund or duplicate-payment dispute.

Note: The CUEE 2026 application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — even if your form is rejected, you withdraw, or you do not appear on the chosen slot date. The only exception is a duplicate payment due to a portal error, which is auto-reversed within 7 to 10 working days.

Note: If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank, do not retry the payment immediately. Wait 48 to 72 hours for the auto-refund to credit back, then re-attempt. Retrying immediately results in double-charge cases that can take 3 to 4 weeks to reverse.

CUEE Application Form Correction 2026

Centurion University does not publish a fixed "correction window" because the CUEE 2026 application is rolling and you can edit most fields any time before you book your exam slot. Once you confirm and book the slot, no further edits are allowed.

Editable before slot confirmation:

• Academic details — Class 10 / 12 board, school name, percentage of marks
• Programme of interest — B.Tech to B.Sc, B.Pharm to BBA, etc.

• Photograph and signature uploads
• Category claim (with supporting certificate)

Cannot be changed after slot confirmation:

• Exam slot date
• Application Number
• Registered mobile number and email ID (login credentials)
• Major name change (e.g. switching from one applicant to another)

To correct a detail, log in at admissions.cutm.ac.in using your Application Number and password, click on "Edit Application", update the field, and click Save. Download a fresh confirmation page after every correction so you always have the latest copy. Check every detail before submitting — once you confirm your exam slot, no changes are accepted under any circumstances.

Note: If you find an error after slot confirmation, write to admissions@cutm.ac.in from your registered email ID with your Application Number and a scan of the supporting document. Manual corrections are at the university’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
