NMIMS NPAT 2025 Result

The NMIMS NPAT 2025 Results will be released on 24 June 2025 on the official website - npat.nmims.edu. The result date has been delayed. The previous date was June 23. The result will be in the form of the NMIMS NPAT Merit list for various undergraduate programs like BBA, BSc Economics, BCom, BSc Finance, and BBA FinTech.

The candidates can view and download their NMIMS NPAT 2025 Result by logging in using their NPAT ID and date of birth.

NPAT 2025 Scorecard

The NPAT 2025 scorecard will consist of:

• Name of the Candidate,
• Roll number
• Photograph
• The course and campus to which the candidate has applied
• Sectional marks secured and Total marks
• Rank and Percentile score
• Section-wise cut-off marks

NMIMS NPAT 2025 Normalization Process

The Normalization method is used when the exam is conducted in multiple shifts - one main attempt and up to two retakes. The NMIMS uses the Normalization method to adjust the scores, ensuring that the candidates are evaluated equally, as per the various difficulty levels, regardless of their shift in the exam. This process is used to calculate the percentile score for each candidate.

For example:

• Total number of candidates = 100,000
• Number of candidates who scored less than this candidate = 90,000

So, the percentile score for this candidate would be 90, meaning this candidate scored better than 90% of the other candidates.

NMIMS NPAT Cutoff 2025

The NMIMS NPAT expected cut-offs differ across courses, with the cut-offs for B.Sc. Finance and BBA are the highest with the cutoff of 71–80 marks, which is due to high demand. Courses like B.Com (Hons) and B.Sc. Economics will have a moderate cut-off of 65–67 marks, which is due to moderate competition. Technical courses such as BBA – Branding & Advertising, B.A. (Hons) Liberal Arts/Studies, and BBA – International Studies have lower cut-offs at 50–60 marks, hence are more easily accessible. The lowest cutoff for BBMM (Marketing & Management) will have 50–52 marks, providing scope for the candidates with a slightly lower cutoff marks.

NMIMS NPAT Good Attempt 2025

To secure admission into the NMIMS campus with a good branch, the candidates should aim for good attempts, as it varies across sections:

• Quantitative & Numerical Ability: 26–28 attempts
• Reasoning & General Intelligence: 32–35 attempts
• English Language: 34–36 attempts

NMIMS NPAT Merit List 2025

The NMIMS will release the first merit list on 24 June 2025 for each course separately, like BBA, BSc Economics, BCom, BSc Finance, and BBA FinTech, on the official website. The next merit lists will be published between June and July 2025.

Candidates are ranked on the basis of their normalised scores, which are calculated considering the best performance across multiple attempts (if applicable).

NMIMS NPAT Counselling Process 2025

The NMIMS NNPAT Counselling Process will be conducted by various NMIMS campuses starting from 25 June 2025 to 2 July 2025 in the offline mode.

The NMIMS Counselling for NMIMS Campuses like Mumbai, Shirpur, Navi Mumbai, Indore, Hyderabad & Chandigarh (for those who missed them in earlier dates) will be conducted at MPSTME Mumbai in centralised sessions.

However, the NMIMS counselling and admission process for Indore, Hyderabad, or Chandigarh campuses will be conducted at their respective campuses to minimize travel on June 2025.

With over 2,500 seats across all campuses, the admission rate is highly competitive, with less than 4% of applicants securing a seat.

As per the NMIMS NPAT Seat Matrix 2025, the NMIMS Mumbai has the highest number of seats, and it provides all the courses like BBA, BBMM, BBA Branding & Advertising, and BBA International Business.

The specialized courses like B.Sc. Finance and B.Com are provided by almost all the campuses, whereas the courses like Liberal Arts, Branding & Advertising, and International Business are only provided by NMIMS Mumbai.

NMIMS NPAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria 

The eligibility criterion for admission into NMIMS through NMIMS NPAT 2025 is given below:

• Applicants need to have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam with English as a compulsory subject and secure at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics together.
• Students appearing in the 12^th standard examination are also eligible.
• Diplomas in engineering passing candidates are also fit to apply for NMIMS NPAT 2025.
• The age of any candidate should not be more than 25 years in the year of the exam.

For B.Sc. Economics:

• A contender must have passed the higher secondary or equivalent exam with a minimum of 60% marks in the first attempt including the Indian Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma in any stream.
• They are required to have Mathematics as a subject in the Class XII examination.

For B.Sc. Finance / B.Com (Hons.) / B.B.A:

• A candidate must have passed the 12th or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the first attempt including the Indian Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma.
• Candidates must have passed Mathematics / Statistics subject in HSC or equivalent to be eligible to apply for NMIMS NPAT 2025.

NMIMS NPAT 2025 Application Form

Students can apply for NMIMS NPAT 2025 in online mode only. No offline application form is there. The thorough step by step procedure for applying for NMIMS NPAT 2024 is written below:

1. Registration:

• Scholars can fill NMIMS NPAT 2025 Application Form via online mode only.
• First, go to the official NMIMS NPAT website.

• Click on the ‘Register’ button in the upper part of the homepage.

2. Filling the application form:

• Then, type your educational qualification details, about the senior secondary examination primarily.
• Enter your permanent address and other contact info; this is going to be used for communication purposes.
• Carefully check the information you filled in.

3. Uploading the documents:

• After you have filled in all the details requested in the earlier steps, you have to upload the essential documents.
• Upload your fresh passport size colored photograph and signature.
• The scanned images should be in the format recommended on the NMIMS NPAT website.
• Click on ‘Save and Continue’ to save your application form and move to the subsequent step.
• Candidates can edit their forms at this time if needed. Once the fee is paid, no correction is permissible on the application form.

4. Payment of fees:

• Aspirants have an option of multiple choice of the program (School wise). The application fee is given below:

• NMIMS NPAT 2025 application fee can be paid through online mode only.

NMIMS NPAT 2025 Exam Centers

NMIMS NPAT 2025 is a national-level exam. It is conducted all over the country. The exam is going to be conducted in multiple centers in 49 cities.

NMIMS NPAT 2025 Exam Patter is different Engineering and Non-Engineering Programs. 

Paper I Pattern

NMIMS NPAT 2025 exam is conducted every year for admission into NMIMS institutes. It is conducted only in online mode. There are only multiple-choice questions in the exam. No special type of questions is there.

• A total of 120 questions makes up paper I.
• NMIMS NPAT 2025 Exam Pattern is divided into three sections.
• They are- Quantitative and Numerical Ability, Reasoning & General Intelligence, and Proficiency in the English Language.
• There are 40 questions in each section.
• The medium of the NMIMS NPAT paper is English.

Syllabus for Paper I:

• English Language: Recognizing grammatical structure and usage, using prepositions, determiners, connectives, tenses appropriately, grasping the meaning of underlined words in sentences, using appropriate words in the given context. Putting ideas into a logical sequence by putting jumbled sentences in the correct order, Locating Information, grasping ideas, identifying relationships, interpreting ideas, moods, characteristics of characters, and tone of the passage.

• Spatial ability and Visualization: Sub-construct, Gestalt Principles of Perception - Proximity, Similarity, Continuation and Closure, Huxley-Lester Model: Sight and thought perception, Cognitive Perception involves a myriad of mental processes: interpretation, memory, comparison, salience, association, inventory, analysis and recognition, Principles of Design: Balance, Proportion, Rhythm, Contrast, Pattern, Movement, Emphasis, and Unity.

NMIMS NPAT 2025 Result is expected to be out in June 2025. Steps to be followed for downloading NMIMS NPAT 2025 results are as follows:

• The results are published on the official NMIMS NPAT website.

There is no official cut-off announced by NMIMS for NMIMS NPAT exam. Merit lists are prepared on basis of marks obtained by candidates. They have to choose the preferred campus and program. They are allotted the program according to their number on the merit list. No cut-off marks are published for any institute.

NMIMS NPAT 2025 Counselling

Once the results are announced, merit lists are prepared. NMIMS NPAT 2025 Counselling and seat allocation of all the qualified candidates is scheduled from Mid-June 2025 to the end of June 2025 according to the merit list. Candidates are required to pay the admission fee to confirm their allotted seats. The seat once allotted is not going to be changed or altered under any circumstances.

• After the first round, if there are any vacant seats, a fresh merit list is made.
• These students are called for seat allotment.
• Usually, there are three rounds in NMIMS NPAT counseling.
• The counseling takes place at designated centers set up by NMIMS.
• Candidates are advised to check the website regularly if their name appears in any of the three merit lists, so they can report at the center on time to confirm their seat allotment.
