The CLAT cutoff marks and rank 2026 will be released by the Consortium of National Law Universities on its official website- consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The CLAT PG cutoff marks will be released as part of the CLAT PG merit list after each counselling round.

The CLAT PG cutoff 2026 will vary across categories. As per the past years' analysis, the CLAT PG cutoff 2026 will be:

  • The General category will need around 95–100+ marks to secure admission in top NLUs like NLSIU Bengaluru, NALSAR Hyderabad, and WBNUJS Kolkata.
  • For OBC and EWS candidates, cutoff will be low around 85–95 and 80–90 marks, respectively which can get them into colleges like GNLU and RMLNLU.
  • At the same time, SC applicants can anticipate a cutoff of 70–85 marks and ST 65–80 marks, making mid-range and newer NLUs accessible.

A good CLAT PG 2026 score is 90+ marks for General candidates and 80+ for the reserved category, which will provide them a competitive rank and high chances of securing top NLUs.
