BVP CET 2024: Bharati Vidyapeeth University Common Entrance Test (BVP CET) is a university-level entrance test that is conducted for candidates seeking admission to B.Tech. in colleges affiliated with BVP University. Around 750 seats are offered in various streams through BVP CET.
BVP CET registrations are ongoing. Last date to fill BVP CET 2024 application form is June 1. As per BVP CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria, Candidates must qualify for Higher Secondary and Senior Secondary education i.e. 10+2 before applying for BVP CET 2024. Candidates can fill the application form by registering themselves, verifying their mobile number and paying the application fee of INR 1700 for B.Tech/MTech/Pharma/MBA/MCA courses while for B.Sc/M.Sc, it is Rs 1200.

Nationality
- There are no stated nationality criteria. Candidates from all over the world can apply for the exam.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed or must be appearing for the 12th standard examination from a recognized board or university.
- Candidates must obtain a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in 10+2 or any equivalent exam.
- Candidates who hold a Diploma in Engineering & Technology from AICTE approved institutions with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD) are also eligible.
- Mathematics and Physics are compulsory subjects in 10+2.
Age Limit
- There is no age limit to take the test.

How to Apply for BVP CET 2024?
Step 1: Registration
- Visit the official website, admissions.bvuniversity.edu.in.
- Click on “New Applicants”
- Register by filling in your name, phone number, email address, and password.
- A confirmation mail and SMS on the registered email id and phone number will be sent with the login credentials-username and login password.
Step 2: Application Form Filling
- Login using valid credentials.
- Click on Student and Parent Declaration and click on “I agree and continue.”

BVP CET 2024 Exam Pattern
- The exam will be conducted in paper pen mode i.e. candidates will get an OMR sheet to fill the answers in.
- The question paper will be divided into two sections – Mathematics and Physics.
- There will be 100 questions of 1 mark each in each section.
- There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

BVP CET 2024 Result
- BVP CET Results will be announced in the last week of June 2024.
- The result will be released as scorecards on candidates profiles on the official website.
- Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to access the scorecards:

- Login using username and password.
- Click on “CET (result, examination).”
- Your BVP CET scorecard will be displayed

BVP CET Cutoff 2024
- The conducting authority of BVP CET will declare the minimum marks to shortlist qualifying candidates.
- The Cutoff will be in the form of opening and closing rank for each participating college.
- The Cutoff will vary for each branch of engineering and forms the basis of admission.

BVP CET 2024 Counselling
- BVP CET 2024 Counselling session will be conducted from July 2 to July 5.
- Counselling and on the spot selection invitation letters will be sent to the first 5000 candidates in the merit list of BVP CET 2024.
- The invitation letters will be sent to the registered email addresses of the candidates.
- The counselling session will be conducted at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), College of Engineering, Pune Satara Road, Dhankawadi, Pune-43.

- After filling all the seats, waiting list numbers will be allotted to only those candidates who have reported for counselling.
- Candidates in the waiting list will be called for admission subject to the vacancies developed based on the cancellation of admissions by the candidates admitted.
