LNMU is going to start a special centralised counselling and Round-II and Round -III admission for two years B.ED and Sikshsa Shastri from October 3, 2024. The process will end on October 9, 2024.
Bihar B.Ed CET 2024 results announced on July 8, 2024. Lalit Narayan Mithila University released the result in the form of a scorecard on their website – biharcetbed-lnmu.in. You can visit the official website and log in using your user ID and password to check your scorecard. The counselling registration window for admission to B.Ed colleges in Bihar has been activated. You can register at biharcetbed-Inmu.in from July 11 to 20.
- The counselling registration fee is INR 1000 for UR, INR 500 for SC/ST and INR 750 FOR EBC/Women/EWS.
- To qualify for the counselling, the UR students need to score 42 out of 120. However, SC/ST and other reserved students need to score 36 marks out of 120.
- 18% of the seats are reserved for Backward Classes (BC), 16% for SC, 12% for Extremely Backward Classes (EBS) and 1% for ST.
It is advisable to download and take a print scorecard for the future admission process. On the basis of Bihar B.Ed 2024 result, a merit list is prepared which enlists names of qualifying candidates. Those who qualify the exam will then have to appear for a personal interview round.
You will be approached for the counselling process, based on the cut off marks. The cut off marks are also determined based on certain factors, like number of students appears and qualifies the exam, difficulty level of question paper, number of seats available. The Counselling is conducted by Lalit Narayan Mithila University, the conducting body for this examination. Qualified candidates will be allotted seats in B.Ed programs of the participating colleges based on their rank. The selection process will be conducted in 3 separate rounds. Candidates are required to register themselves for each round by paying the counselling fee.
