The exam is conducted in online (computer-based) mode and offers admission to B.Tech across 12+ branches and B.Arch at BIHER. The paper has 70 multiple-choice questions, a duration of 3 hours, and carries no negative marking.

BEEE Application Form 2027: Important Dates

Note: All dates above are based on prior BEEE cycles (2026 registration: March 5 – April 13, 2026; exam: April 27 – May 5, 2026) and are indicative only. Do not use these for last-minute submission planning — always verify at the official portal before submitting your form or fee.

BEEE 2027 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

Verify your eligibility before the application window opens. Applying without meeting the requirements leads to rejection, and the ₹1,000 fee is non-refundable in that case.

Students who scored below 50% aggregate in the required subjects are not eligible. Provisional admission for appearing students is confirmed only after verification of Class 12 results at the BIHER counselling centre in Chennai.

Note: BEEE does not impose a Tamil Nadu domicile restriction — students from all Indian states can apply. Your qualifying examination must have been completed in India. Confirm the latest eligibility rules from the official 2027 information brochure when it is released.

How to Fill BEEE Application Form 2027

The BEEE 2027 application will be entirely online at admissions.bharathuniv.ac.in. The process has two phases: new registration followed by full form filling and fee payment. Keep your documents and payment method ready before you begin.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit admissions.bharathuniv.ac.in and click “New Registration” or the BEEE 2027 application link.
2. Enter your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address exactly as they appear on your Class 10 certificate.
3. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent via SMS to your registered phone.
4. Set a strong password and note your Application Number immediately — you will need it for all future logins, admit card download, and counselling.
5. Save your credentials securely. The portal does not have a simple email-based reset after the window closes.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in at admissions.bharathuniv.ac.in using your Application Number and password.
2. Fill in personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category, nationality, and permanent address.
3. Fill in academic details: Class 10 board, year of passing, roll number; Class 12 board, subjects, marks, and year of passing or expected passing year.
4. Select your programme choice: B.Tech with preferred branch(es), or B.Arch.
5. Choose your preferred exam centre city from the available options.
6. Upload your passport-size photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format within the specified file sizes. Upload any other documents the system requests.
7. Review every field carefully before proceeding — check name, date of birth, category, email, and photograph against your Class 10 certificate.
8. Pay the application fee of ₹1,000 via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
9. Download and save your confirmation page as a PDF immediately after payment. Take a printout and keep it safely.

Note: Submit only one application form. Multiple applications from the same student will be summarily rejected and the fee will not be refunded.

Documents Required for BEEE Application Form 2027

Keep scanned copies of all documents ready before you start filling the BEEE 2027 application form. Uploading a blurred or incorrectly cropped photograph is among the most common reasons for form rejection during scrutiny.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph with a plain white background and at least 80% of your face clearly visible. Do not upload edited, filtered, studio-retouched, or selfie-style photographs — BIHER rejects manipulated images during document scrutiny, and rejection due to photograph issues does not entitle you to a fee refund.

BEEE Application Fee 2027

BEEE charges a uniform application fee of ₹1,000 with no category-based differentiation. General, OBC, SC, ST, and PwD students all pay the same amount. The fee is payable online only and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Payment is accepted via: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI. No offline payment (cheque, demand draft, or cash) is accepted on the portal. Keep the payment confirmation screenshot until your admit card is available.

Note: If your online payment fails or the amount is deducted without a confirmation page appearing, do not retry immediately — wait 48–72 hours for the amount to be auto-refunded to your bank account before making a fresh payment attempt.

Note: The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — even if your form is found ineligible, you withdraw your application, or you do not appear for the exam.

BEEE Application Form Correction 2027

Unlike centrally-conducted national exams, BIHER does not advertise a standard open-for-all correction window for BEEE. Based on previous cycles, there is no publicly announced batch correction portal. Review your form thoroughly before paying the fee — that is your primary safeguard against errors.

What to Verify Before Submitting

• Name and date of birth — must match exactly as on your Class 10 certificate.
• Category and community — an incorrect category affects seat reservation and eligibility at counselling.
• Email address and mobile number — all communications including admit card links are sent to these; they cannot be changed after submission.
• Programme and branch choice — confirm your preferred B.Tech branch or B.Arch selection before paying.
• Photograph and signature — verify dimensions and image quality before uploading.
• Academic details — board name, year of passing, and subject marks must be accurate.
