What After AIIMS PG Result 2026

Step 1 — Counselling Registration: You must register for counselling on aiimsexams.ac.in within the announced window. This step includes paying the counselling fee. Registration is expected to open in June 2026 — not qualifying registration closes your counselling window, so act promptly when dates are out.

Step 2 — Choice Filling and Locking: After registering, you fill in your preferred institute-specialty combinations in priority order. Once you lock your choices, you cannot change them. Think carefully — your allotment is entirely based on the priority order you submit here combined with your rank and available seats.

Step 3 — Seat Allotment Rounds: INI-CET counselling typically runs 2–3 rounds. In each round, AIIMS allots seats based on rank, category, and choices. You can upgrade in subsequent rounds if a better option becomes available. A stray vacancy round usually follows to fill remaining seats.
