Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women will consider CUET UG 2024 exam for BE courses admission. CUET UG 2024 exam date is from May 15 to May 31, 2024. You can apply for the exam irrespective of any age limit. To appear for CUET UG 2024, you must clear your class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board. The qualifying marks is 45% if you are a General category student and 5% relaxation if you are from reserved categories of Tamil Nadu state.
The period of online CUET UG 2024 application form has been extended. As per the new schedule, the online application form released on March 31, 2024 and will be accepted till April 05, 2024. The application fee set for General category is INR 1000, INR 900 for OBC-NCL/ EWS, and INR 800 for SC/ST/PwBD/ third gender. Previous year about 14,99,790 students registered for the exam, and the same is expected this year also.

CUET UG 2024 result will be announced on June 30, 2024. The age limit for admission into the institute should be more than 17 years and less than 23 years. About 15%, 7.5%, 10%, 27%, and 3% seats reserved for SC, ST, EWS, OBC (NCL), and PwD respectively. Qualified SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates for scholarship must submit their application by August as per the norms.

AAEEE (CUET UG) 2024 Eligibility
According to National Testing Agency, CUET UG 2024 eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Age limit: There is no upper age limit, to appear for the exam. However, during admission at Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, the age limit should be minimum 17 years and should not exceed 23 years as of May 2023.
- Nationality: Only Indian nationals can apply for the exam.
- Educational qualification: Class 12 examination must be cleared with 45% marks and must have physics, mathematics as the main subject. The third subject can be biology/biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject/Chemistry. Students of the reserved category (Tamil Nadu) have 5% relaxation in qualifying marks, i.e., 40%. Students who have cleared JEE main 2024 exam can appear for counselling directly.

CUET UG 2024 application form has been released on March 31, 2024. If you are eligible, you can apply till April 05, 2024 (up to 9:50 PM). To apply for the exam, you must abide by the below-mentioned steps:

- Enter mobile number followed with an OTP verification

CUET UG 2024 exam will be conducted in hybrid mode, i.e., you can appear for it in either online CBT or offline pen and paper mode. The exam pattern of CUET UG 2024 exam are:

Counselling through CUET UG 2024 Result
A centralized counselling will be conducted on the campus of Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women. You will be invited for the counselling based on CUET UG 2024 scores. NTA does prepare any merit list. The merit list will be published on the official website of university before the commencement of the counselling. Merit list will be published in the descending order of the marks. Generally, seats are filled in the first round of counselling. If, because of any delay in the admission process by a candidate, a seat(s) remain vacant, the second round of counselling will be conducted.
