MPhil Admission 2025 begins in the month of March. There are some common MPhil entrance exams that the students can sit for such as UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, etc. Candidates must qualify for any of the entrance exams followed by a personal interview round which is conducted by the university or college for the MPhil admission procedure.
CSIR-NET December session registrations are going on till December 30, 2024. Interested candidates can register for CSIR-NET for MPhil admission in Sciences. UGC-NET December session registrations are closed.

Students can take admission in an MPhil degree in India either through an entrance exam or through merit.
- Students must apply for admission online on the institute’s or the exam’s website.
- After submitting personal details and paying the application fee, student will be evaluated either on the marks obtained in Master’s degree, or in an entrance examination.
- Universities will call the qualifying candidates for Interview.
