About 400 acres of land make up the Barkatullah University campus, Located along the Hoshangabad Highway about 3 kilometers from Habibganj Railway Station. University covers almost the full spectrum of higher education, offering courses in its affiliated Colleges and University Teaching Departments in the faculties of Arts, Social Science, Science, Life Science, Engineering, Law, Commerce, Education, Physical Education, Technology, Home Science, and Management. The territorial jurisdiction of the university extends to eight districts namely Bhopal, Sehore, Vidisha, Raisen, Hoshangabad, Harda, Betul, and Rajgarh. The campus of Barkatullah University has facilities like –

National Service Scheme (NSS) – The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India sponsors the N S S. The volunteers of NSS undertake activities like tree plantation, literacy drive, health care, immunization, maintaining NSS book banks, etc.
Health center – Barkatullah University health care provides health checkups – and medicines to their students.

Clealiness in college is the most likable thing here
Clean water supply and good quality food in cafeteria
Quality education is also one of the most promising feature of this college

Dislikes

Allover the college is best for B.com but there is a scope of improvement in Faculty coordinators
Clealiness is good but still there is some improvement needed
Bus transport can be improved as well, since the college is very far from the main city

Academic structure and curriculum in the campus

The scope of jobs was high at my time. Nowadays, B.com is not so promising but at my time it was in treand The curriculum is good, if any students takes it seriously it definitely hepls for solving real world issues In my opinion there is no improvement needed as long as the we are considering curriculum

Yearly fees of the course and scholarship

I paid 15000 yearly as my tution fee. It included the miscellaneous fees as well. My batchmates were having same fees. In BU one can get all the scholorship benefits like M.P. governament scholorship or any other states scholoships

Various fest, sports and library of the college

We used to celebrate annual fest at our college in the month of September or october There are a total of 3 libraries in our college, any student can visit library at any point of time during college hours Students are motivated to play sports and the university is b=very supportive reagding that

Faculty and examination pattern of the college

Faculties are approachable. An student can reach out to any faculty at any point of time duting college hours. I liked Rahul sir beacuse he was very supportive and kind to me I disliked vinita ma'am beacuse she do not clear student's doubts reason being she got suspended there are total of 3 exams , 2 mid semester exams and one final exam

I only applied to this college because it's well known in Madhya Pradesh. I didn't got rejected from any other college beacause this university was my priority choice. The admission process is simple, one can apply online through their website or One can take admission by visiting college

Night Life

There is no gym unfortunately but library and public areas like gardens are very alluring, their closing time is same as college timing 9am to 5pm Famous hangout places in our college includes garden and cafeteria only

Life At IEHE

Likes

The Campus is very beautiful. They created a peaceful environment for students. The greenery around not only enhanced the beauty of the campus
My batchmates were very cooperative and friendly.They were also very encouraging which created a positive and healthy environment.

Dislikes

Drawback of the campus was the unhygienic conditions of the bathrooms. They were not cleaned regularly
The other thing was the issuing of the books in the library. The books were given for very short period of time
Another issue was the presence of the stray dogs that came into a classrooms. There were no proper management system

Admission:

I chose this college over the other colleges because the college was very good with the good University background and it gave all the courses which I wanted to pursue. Compared to the other colleges IEHE had better course curriculum, the subjects are electives aligned well with my career goals. When I was applying for colleges I considered server options based on the faculties the environment of the campus and the courses and the career perspective sum of the other colleges I applied was LNCT and BSSS I got the admission letter in that also I was in the merit list but I ultimately choose this college because it offered a better combination of the quality education and flexible course options. I never get rejections from other colleges. I applied to three colleges and all the three colleges I got the admission letter. The admission process of my college was very transparent and it was very student-friendly and also the eligibility of students were they they should have completed their 12th grade with 60%.

Green campus with amazing experience.

Likes

The greenary of the campus will make you go crazy.
The campus is really beautiful and building looks amazing throughout the year.
Near to the Bus stand and railway station and hospital which is aiims

Dislikes

The most disliked thing was the behaviour and paperworks.
The labs are not the best in terms of engineering.

Admission:

I choose those college because I wanted a govt college which in my opinion it was good due to its fees structure and other aspects. During the first councelling I got this college so that I didn't get into other colleges councelling but yes I can easily get any college at that time.

BSSS is Bhopal's best UG College!!

Likes

Along with studies we have a lot of extracurricular things happening at campus.
BSSS is an autonomous college and has a very good dress code.

Dislikes

Campus is little small as most autonomous colleges have acres and acres of campus.

Admission:

Initial plan was to do engineering so I gave all the entrances and then also tried at many private universities like the LNCT, Sagar Group, Jagran Lakecity University and others. However then because I made up my mind that I will pursue BCA, i took admission at BSSS where more than 80% score was enough to get admission in BCA.

Rigid Attendance Policy which is inconvenient.

Admission:

I choose this college for great reputation, NAAC 'A' Grade, balanced environment, add-on courses and location wise in the center of the city bhopal. I didn't select any other colleges as in my mind I was very clear that I want to join BSSS only as my sister also graduated from the same. The admission process was good. Eligibility and cut off for B.com Honours was more than 70% in 12th. And admission was on merit basis so no separate entrance exam. So you just have to fill the form online for BSSS and also a anti ragging form with the same. Then if you are short listed you are called for interview. First with the faculty members and then with the principal. Once selected pay your first installment fees and college uniform fee, then you are done to go.

Admission:

I always wanted to be a part of this college..my first preference was BSSS only..yes I've applied in other colleges as well..but Bsss was my first choice..I was selected in IEHE as well but still I wanted to be a part of Bsss only. As I come from a missionary school background I felt comfortable in going to the similar atmosphere also I got multiple opportunities which helped my overall personality development..it helped me take out my inner talents which were somewhere lost ..it had multiple cultural programmes alongside learning which helped me grow.. I didn't face any rejection from any other college..it's just that my preference was all clear ..The admission process was that u have to apply on the bsss site online then you will get a notification from the collage for the counselling then if you get selected you are supposed to pay the registration fees .. after that the selected candidates list is out and if you are in that well and good and if not you are absolutely given another chance..

A Student’s View of BSSS College

Where my college organisation the variety activities or event in a week
The campus of bsss which wider than other college

Dislikes

The college are over discipline for student. College some freedom but college discipline and strict
Classroom are not facilities of AC where normal fan put
Over decentralization means staff and guard uncle have much power over than teacher.

Admission:

I applied to IEHE and Career College but chose BSSS for its better reputation and placement. I got rejected by some private universities due to low entrance scores. Admission here is simple—based on 12th marks, no tough exams. The process was smooth and cutoff around 75%.
