Masters in Human Resource Management, or simply MHRM is one of the most pursued HR management courses in India. This 2 year postgraduate course can be pursued after qualifying a relevant entrance exams such as MAT, CMAT, CAT, etc.

The basic MHRM eligibility is a minimum of 50% at graduation level. Some colleges like IIT Kharagpur require a minimum or 60% to pursue this specialized course.

MHRM Syllabus

Your specialization of MBA is usually decided in the second year as in the first year you will have to study all the subjects. In the second year, core subjects are taught. Also, your major in graduation does not matter as everyone is eligible for admission considering you have secured the minimum percentage required.
