BTech Sugar and Alcohol Technology is a four-year undergraduate engineering program, divided into eight semesters. This program teaches students to work with sugar complexes in general, and the course syllabus is a mix of sugar, alcohol, and co-production. This course is designed to teach students production management and sugar refining.
