The Counselling Centre at IISER TVM provides confidential, individual counselling for students on a short-term basis. In counselling, a student who may be struggling with a particular issue or aspect of their life connects with a mental health professional to gain insight and/or make changes in their life. I applied for iiit Ranchi cs and got confirmed from their and I not applied any other I applied only here I choose this because this Is the only college which provides both research as well industry with top class education .no I not get rejection from any other colleges .my college admission process is jee advance you have to achieve under 8000 rank crl for gen category iiser aptitude test (iat) the cutoff was around 2.8 k and the no. The college's syllabus structure is very comfortable.it have 2 year of foundation course where every subjects of science plus one humanities course is taught .It will develop a student to have basic under of all subjects.Form 3rd year onwards students can select one major subject and one minor subject so that they can follow their favourite subject

Life through the Labs

It's a research oriented college where you get complete exposure to labs and pure research. Faculty here aren't just profs they are researchers too so you get that environment. And admission process is easy enough you give an IAT exam and then qualify it to take part in the counselling process similar to JEE or NEET.

One of the most beautiful campus in india

I applied for two colleges and got those two too. I got for bsc chemistry in one of them, which I was not interested in. And biochemistry in other. I didn't choose any of those because I wanted a integrated degree and wanted to study in an institute of national importance. That's why I chose this institute. I applied for two and got those too. I wrote many entrances for practice. Then at last I give IAT EXAM for iiser admission. In my times there was three channels (KVPY, IAT, JEE ) to enter iiser. I entered through iat channel. Iat means IISER aptitude test. The mark of this exam is not provided on the rank card. For the rank cutoff I will say it will be around AIR 2000 for general category. This information is regarding the IAT 2023

IISER Thiruvananthapuram at a glance

The complete eligibility criteria can be obtained from the official website of the IISER Admission Test. The application can be found at the website, around April-May of each year. After filling in the application form you have to appear for IAT, the IISER Aptitude Test. Based on the ranks, one can get various IISERs during counselling. There is also a channel for KVPY and JEE advanced but the functionality of those channels from this year is questionable. The difficulty of the exam is moderate, any entrance examination preparation would suffice. The reservation of the various categories are the same as any other institution.

I took IISER Aptitude Test. You should paas class 12% with a minimum percentage that they have mentioned on their official site. The exam has 4 subjects. The level is kind of JEE mains. There are two exams : Mid-sem and End-sem and 1-2 quiz in between the semester for every subject

Review of Iiser student

Eligibility is plus 2 with atleast 60 percentage for general students and atleast 55 for sc/st students. We have to give a exam called IAT(IISER APTITUDE TEST). If you qualify in that test ,as per ur rank you will get a Iiser. Application form generally releases during the first week of March every year and application fees and other details you can directly see from there Iiser official site. All details about exam pattern and course available are listed on the site itself. For those who have reservations you essentially need to secure less marks as compared to general students and exam is also not that hard. It's nearly neet level or slightly more conceptual rather then formula. And for those who have reservations they will pay nearly 50000 and for general and observation it's 117000 per year consisting 2 semester. The subject during entrance is physics chemistry math biology. You can attempt all subjects or any of those there is no restriction on how many subjects to attempt.

IISER TVM through my eyes

There was a written exam that was MCQ and online proctored exam. After clearing that written test, candidates were called for online interview round 1 and if one cleared that, there was another round 2. After clearing all these three steps, candidates were provisionally selected. Let me mention one thing here that all these processes were online from home and well proctored while web cam was on whole time. One can easily find the application form that is activated in the month of March-April and last date is usually 30th April, exam is conducted in month of May and interview in June. Application fee was 1000? as far as I remember.

You should qualify 12 with min 55% mark for (sc,St) and 60% for general.after qualifying your 12th you have to give iiser applitude test.which is of 240 total marks consist of 4 subjects pcmb.you can find application in IAT official website application fee is around 1000for reserved category and 2000 for general and OBC.
