The main thing i loved in these college is the campus environment The environment is huge and big very very cool environment The environment brings you peace mind The surrounding also good with nature forests and good environment conditions

Freshers' welcome day was conducted twice. Once by college and another by seniors. Many resource persons were invited. Golden jubilee celebrations were conducted when I was a student there. During this time then CM Dr. B S Yediyoorappa and then governor Vajubaiwala were invited. Their presence increased the value of DVS college of arts and science. Other competitions were conducted among students such as singing, dancing, debate, speech, essay writing, etc. And as usual, send-off programs were conducted for seniors in the month of April. The classrooms were well and it had good ventilation. Many fans were provided. Many sports competitions were conducted. Chess, kabaddi, throwball, etc were conducted. Anti-ragging club was there. And NCC, NSS was also available for us.

Dvstrolls, Dvshaiklu on Instagram and many more groups are there on Instagram run by students activity. Golden Jubilee was celebrated when we are there and annually there's a celebration of college day in the month of January, blood camps, environment day is there. Lot of books are available in the library covering all subjects and you can take them home. Classrooms are just simple and have good benches and board. Sports activities are there, you'll be having Cricket, Volleyball and indoor games. You have gym facilities inside the college. You have ground backside college. College gives good encouragement. You have opportunities to participate in other extracurricular activities where you have University level competition and can go to the national level.

As the infrastructure is a limited one whent it comes to this institution its not enjoyable one,not much extracurricular to be conducted one which entertains the students no sports event held as of other neighbouring institutions, quite little number of competitions are held always with limited entries

We have well equipped laps and sports room. Our college students has represented in the national and international level. They have won prizes in the badminton championship held in Nepal. We have participated in the university level volleyball, cricket, handball, kabbaddi and athletic meets. We also got opportunities to participate in various fests and competitions held all over state.
