University Law College Bhubaneswar Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

One can't expect a paycheck of over 20 lakhs as that's the highest a few students have bagged from our college. In general though only 5-6 lakhs is what to most students and 8 out every 10 student here do get a job for sure.

Students of our college gets placements easily. A lot of companies and the best is ITC and other FMCG group too are a part of our college placements. 4-6 lakhs is what graudates are paid and I think as per the college and the kind of fees we pay, it's quite reasonable the paycut I mean.

From 5th year, students become eligible for campus placements. Top law firms like Trilegal and Juristech have come for Placements and from corporate companies like Skoda and Tata among others have started hiring students from our college with an average package of 4LPA. 80% Students get placements. I want to qualify OJS after getting the degree.

Many corporate houses as legal teans are something that everyone wants and thus we are always in demand. From ITC group to RP Sanjeev Goenka Group and latest entrants were Suzlon and Birla Paper. Also, top tier firms like Bharuch and others also have approached our college lately for placements.

Currently a few corporates like the Adani Power, Coal India and other power and mining companies are the ones that comes for placements. My plan though is to prepare for judicial exams and I will be giving that after my degree.

Internship opportunities with college are mostly without stipend but with a great deal of exposure to the study, their work as well as their real life applications. It is mandatory for 10 internships throughout the course, i.e., 2 per year and most of them have to be sought by the students and a very few are offered by the college. Internship opportunities can be done in state run companies or firms, the courts ranging from District & Sessions Courts to the Supreme Court, corporate clients or chambers of Advocates.

Placements are not decent in our college. Albeit, some corporate and business firms do come in our college but still the packages are not that good. We also have to take care of internships on our own.

The placements are not good. However, teachers would help you to get one by giving a letter of recommendation .Top companies come to our college but seldomly. These include KPMG,Jp Morgan,Bcg, Tata consultancy services etc.

My College is more concerned about the placement and internship. Students do internship in various law firm where they get good experience, also they get paid 5 thousand to 10 thousand per month. Internship experience will be very useful in students future career.

As far as I know from my seniors, some private companies come to our college. Yes, our college offers internships through the Human Rights Commission, Women Commission, Senior Citizen Forum or Consumer Forum, or any district court or high court government officials. But none of those internships offered a stipend.
