Affordable and decent college experience with good practical exposure

Likes

affordability and Scholarships, the fee structure is quite affordable compared to other colleges
decent infrastructure- the college provides good infrastructure for students
supportive faculty- the faculty members are supportive and experienced

Dislikes

limited placement opportunities - the college does not have a very strong or active placement cell
less exposure compared to NLUs - the level of exposure is limited within Maharashtra

Admission:

i chose this college because . sppu is the 10th ranked university in india and the crowd in the college come from all over india which helped me develop personal skills and the timings are not too long so i focused on my internships as well

I liked the things such as the other co-curricular activities like sports, competitions etc.
There is a proper placement management in the college.
There is a proper infrastructure of the campus and learning faculty.

Dislikes

There is no cleaning in the college premises.
There is no proper appreciation of the teachers.
There is no connection of the students with the management.

Admission:

After applying many colleges this is the only college I got admission from. I applied for ILS, Ferguson law college, MIT law college and many more but I didn't make it because of my cet percentile marks.

All about Sinhgad law college

Likes

Good faculty - the college has really nice faculty.
Good curriculum - the college provides good curriculum.
Extra curricular activities - college conducted a lot of events and competitions.

Dislikes

No strict attendance - the college doesn't have any prominent attendance need.
No placement or internship cell is there in the college.

Admission:

I choose this college because here the curriculum is really good and the faculty is really sweet and helpful. Some colleges have strict attendance which doesn't allow student to do internships where as Sinhgad law college doesn't have strict attendance structure which allows students to do internships, which is really good. The other colleges provide internships and placement where as Sinhgad law college doesn't have any prominent cell for the same, which is the major drawback of this college. The admission process is really simple. One must register through CAP and then take the necessary documents to the college.

Sinhgad Law College is awesome

Likes

College is located in Ambegaon which is far from the hustle and bustle of the Pune City.
College has various canteens and just outside the college we have enough food joints that we don't have to worry at all about the meals.
For outsiders the best part is that hostels are inside the campus and also there's mess facility for hostel students.

Dislikes

There are no sports facilities inside the campus and that's a major setback.

Admission:

I applied for ILS LAW COLLEGE PUNE but couldn't make it as it's a marquee college. Symbiosis Law School was on my mind but that's too expensive for my liking, hence Sinhgad Law College became my automatic choice. CLAT score is considered as there are no direct admissions here. For general category rank upto 10-15k are accepted and it is negotiable for SC/ST students.

The facilities in the college is really helpful like the liibrary or comptuer lab.
The college has a moot court hall and various competitions which helps the students.

Dislikes

The college should provide with various websites for books and cases for research like scc or manupatra this would help the students

Admission:

I applied to various colleges but this college was top on my list as they provide the student with various opportunities that other colleges couldn't provide and the affordability of the course was not too high so this was also a positive. the staff here is also knowledgeable and experienced.

Overwhelming journey

Likes

Overall the ratio of boys and girls is equally same no difference
Activities that is extra co-curriculum are very good here
The faculty in here is very supportive in every aspect

Dislikes

The need for the college to open the canteen regularly is very needful
There are families residing in the campus which is a little problematic for students as well as families
There’s is a little language barrier for OMS students

Admission:

I've chosen this college bcoz of the structure of the exams and the subject which i would like to choose according to my choices as to which carrier i want to pursue as in option for optional subjects

college staff are supportive and they are available to the students anytime which make students comfortable
they treat the student from outside like family and support in every aspect weather it is of your academic or social.
the availability of daily need products are too easy ad the campus is open campus so there are lots if store of daily need item as well as medical shops and campus has its own medical facilities that will be provided to students free of cost

Dislikes

campus is open campus so there are lots of family as well outsider lives which cause student difficulties
if you wanna per-sue corporate then this college is not for you
in every college you have to study by yourself so don’t expect that faculty will teach you the basics

Admission:

i had applied for ils pune and symbiosis pune but didn't choose them because of fees and my carrier. as this college doesn't have any attendance's issue and i can prepare for government exam with colleges without any issue. i didn't get selected in glc because i am from outside maharashtra and for the students who are from outside maharashtra the cutoff is too high. you have to clear MH-cet Law after your 12th and you have to score around 85 for open , 65 for obc , 40 for sc and st. then uoj hqve to select your college preference in order and you will get colleges according to your marks

Likes

College conducts various competitions and events which enhance skills of students
The campus is very beatuiful and peaceful
The faculty is very helpful and understanding

Dislikes

The classrooms are not maintained and the library contains minimal books

Admission:

The admission process of the college is average. I got admission through Mh-cet exam. The courses offered by college include ballb, llb and various diplomas like diploma in taxation laws, diploma in labour laws, diploma in medical jurisprudence.

I had applied to many college in pune finally got admission in sinhagad I chose this college because they having good placement history of students I got admission through cap round I got rejection from other cllges coz of my marks but finally I got it in sinhagad

A good choice for college life

Likes

The fees structure is quite good as the fees is very reasonable.
The campus life is average. In terms of surroundings it is very good as the college is situated on a hillside we have a sunset point as well in our college.

Dislikes

The Placements are not that much

Admission:

I applied nlus through clat but the score was 60 so i was getting lower rank NLUS but it was of no importance as the fees was also high. So considering the fees structure and other things i choose this college which i got through MHCET the marks which i got was 109 out of 150 for general category.
