Internship experience

Faculty:

The faculty member is less than as compared to the students but still there are two teachers for the law subjects which helps the students to break down their syllabus into various parts. The faculty members of the constitutional law are very good, they explain it very prominently which helps the students to grasp the required topics. But the faculty members of all the subjects are very cool and friendly. They are very kind and always conduct a doubt clearing sessions for the students. There are two sessional exams before the finals. The first one is written which is of 20 marks and the other one is oral which is also called the viva of the assignment the students has to submit (which is of 15 marks). No students fail during the sessionals as the paper consist of only two questions each of 10 marks which is well taught in the class by the faculty members.

There are almost 40 faculties. As its a law school, there's only law courses including 5 year BA LLB, 3 year LLB and LLM. Admission is taken via a direct written entrance. Final exams are conducted by Gauhati University every semester. Sessional exams are conducted by the college itself under GU guideliness

WHY YOU AS ASPIRING LAWER SHOULD CHOOSE J.B. LAW COLLEGE. A GENUINE REVIEW.

Faculty:

The faculty members of this college is the best among all the colleges in Guwahati. This is one of the key reasons I took admission in this college. The faculty to student ratio is enough as we have one teacher for each subject and have two teacher for family law subject. The faculty are well established with a lot of experience and provide amazing notes. One exam is heald from the college side before the semester exams. The marking scheme for semester exam is 80+20. 80 marks from theory and the other 20 marks is given by the college in accordance to our practical assessment and attendance.

My Best College Life

Faculty:

We have a very supportive faculties. Basically we have five subjects. Political Science, History, Sociology, English, Family law. Our course is B.A.LL.B. the duration of the course is 5years. It is an integrated course.

I also hate the teacher who takes us sociology, even saying him to teach us in English but he used to teach us with Assamese only.

Faculty:

Actually I love everyone of them ,as how they treat and how they behave are totally unbelievable is nice to each other .Their works are totally mesmerized by every members of the college there works totally appreciative.

Best faculties, the teachers teaches well.

Faculty:

The facilities overall are quite good but the new recruited proffessors are much better than the existing ones. The teaching method used by the new professor are effective as compared to the other. Friendly and approachable attitude. All doubts and quaries are also cleared by them.

College campus ... Teachers are so supportive and friendly... Even students were also good...college is very neat and clean.. and our college got naac B+

Faculty:

All the faculty members were highly qualified. All the faculty members are very supportive and they behave friendly with all the students .Teachers were very punctual. their mentorship is very nice. They motivate all the students, I'm very proud to study in jb law college .We can also interact with teacher personally. If students have doubts about anything they can surely communicate with the teacher personally.. All the faculty members are very cooperative... Teachers are so punctual about classes..
