DAV Dehradun BA Sociology: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Admission to this course requires passing an entrance exam and participating in a counseling process based on the exam results. The college, affiliated with Banaras Hindu University (BHU), shares its entrance exam with both affiliated colleges and the main campus. Admission decisions depend on the marks obtained in this exam. The faculty is highly qualified, with each teacher holding a Ph.D. and an average age of about 40 years, ensuring a strong grasp of their subjects.

The annual course fee is 5,200 rupees, with an additional computer course available for 5,300 rupees. All payments must be made online. Unfortunately, the college does not host placement drives, and recruitment activities are conducted only at the main campus, which does not include this course. However, students from low-income families can apply for a scholarship provided by the UP government, provided their family income is below 2 lakh rupees annually.
