DAV PG College Dehradun Admissions 2024 are open for UG and PG courses. The LLB 1st Semester Merit List 2024 has been released on the official website at davpgcollege.in. Candidates whose names are mentioned in the merit list can complete their admissions from September 03 to September 07, 2024.
DAV PG College is a public institute located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This deemed institute came into existence in 1948 and is affiliated to Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Garhwal.
The college offers BA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Ed, and L.L.B program at the UG level. DAV PG College also offers MA, M.Com and M.Sc courses at the PG level.
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 40% marks to seek admission to BA and B.Com. courses.

DAV PG College UG Admission 2024
DAV PG College, Dehradun offers BA in 14 disciplines, B.Sc in seven disciplines, B.Com, B.Ed and L.L.B programs at the UG level.
Candidates who wish to pursue BA and B.Com courses must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 40% marks. For B.Sc program, students must have scored an aggregate of at least 45% marks in Class 12. Students must hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university to pursue B.Ed from the college whereas for L.L.B course, candidates must have scored at least 45% marks in Graduation.

- I like campus of college. It's full of greenery
- I like fees structure which is very affordable for middle class also.

- Student union in politics I hate the most
- Teachers irresponsible behaviour becomes intolerant some times
Admission:
To be honest I belong to the lower middle class family. Other colleges were never I even thought of to take admission. I don't even think about the studies I just want to get admission in that college where fees structure would be affordable for me. So DAV was good in this perspective.
Likes
- College environment, everybody there is so helpful and kind. food is also very nice and canteen area also very clean .
- campus life was great as much as i think seniors are very supportive and fun loving. fun loving activity we can do there , playing varieties of games that we can participate and enjoy our college life .
Dislikes
- Sometimes teachers doesn't response quickly in phone calls or via text this thing is very disturbing and sad otherwise nothing i disliked about my college afterall my college gives me new hope and crazy environment how can i write bad things
- nothing i' e disliked about my college , things change every year i've passed out 2018 things in that time was different and so now
Admission:
there are no entrance exams, and every year methods are different and cut off , admission process is very simple you have to apply to their site or you can go to campus and ask there for help , they are very helpful they can help you as much as they can. very easy process I must say.

- The teachers of college is quite cooperated and helping towards student teachers helps students for decision making
Dislikes
- Campus was not so good. Infrastructure of college was bad room was not maintained.
- Result declaration was too late college needs infrastructure and good facility class room is not cleaned.

Admission process is quite easy you just have to fill a form for the admission and have to fill your personal information and your 12 percentage and the course name that you want to opt for your graduation. And then submitted them

You should be graduate for this Course and BSc with mathematics as main or one of the subject from any university admission is based on cuet pg exam score merit base. Reserved Categories also get benefits.

- Faculty wise dav college is one of the good colleges of uttarakhand,where I got a great guidance
- Efficiency wise our college is good as compared to other colleges
Dislikes
- Poor parking system is one of the things which cause trouble to the students
- Library is not well organised as expected in the early semester

Admission process is simple, firstly you need to apply for the course you love to do aftermath you need to be in the merit list of the particular subject you applied for and at last if you got your name in the list you should visit the college and complete the remaining process under the guidance of your subject teacher

- The professors teaching style was awesome and most of them hold phds in their disciple
Dislikes
- Washroom, BA compartments need to be renovated and Better classrooms can be made available for the students

The admission process was simple and based on merit lists which were based on the marks obtained in class 12th, The eligibility for the course include 12th pass with biology as the core subject, The application form can be find in the main Hemvati Nandan garhwal University website and reservation benefits are also there for sc/st students. The areas for improvement include slow admission timing and onset of classes

- College facilities like the classrooms, washrooms about their cleanliness

Eligibility for this is You have to pass 12th You have to fill a form of this college on there college site, application form is for like 200 and this is for ek month. The admission is based on merit like if you have good percentage so you can apply there.

- well the faculty is great educated and supportive towards the student.
- Well i am an English literature student my studies are going as smooth as a cream.
Dislikes
- There is no mandotry attendence. The building is geeting old need renovation.
- Renovation should be done in entire college

Now as we see cuet has taken place in college admission as my course is BA is general knowledge has to be taken as the to take admission in the course well the admission process is not hard as they seem but if counsil members help the new students it will be great.

- The faculty is great. Teachers are friendly and helpful.Even the seniors. are very helpful. They'll help you out with everything and anything and will answer your doubts at any time.
- You can pursue a professional course along with graduation from dav and they even help if your examination dates crashes with college exams.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure could do better. But it's fine.
- They should provide better placement opportunities.
Admission:
The admission process was rather simple. It was completely online and the rest of the physical work was done by the senior students. All I had to do was fill the forms online and then submit a physical copy at the college. The application dates were not very strict and admission was easy. The examinations are also not very difficult. There's always considerable gaps between papers.

- Infrastructure - for obvious reasons it lacks in infrastructure as it's a government college, but honestly it's not a big deal
- A good place for extroverts and ambiverts in a wide sense
Dislikes
- There's no such thing that I disliked about the institute
Admission:
I got 6.9 CGPA from A central university after that I'd to qualify CUET and I scored around 230/300 and then there was a merit list process that we had to clear. And if there are any vacant seats left then the college issues other merit list.
