The internship opportunities available in our college is industrial exposure training, which is given to us when we are in second year, we can choose our 5 star property by ourselves, and after the PI round, we can select whatever property we are willing to work. and if we talk about the stipend, it is approx 5000 to 10,000.

During the whole third semester, the sudents must have to be attending their industrial training and have to give presentation and reports about what we and learnt on the basis of which final marks are calculated for 3rd semester.

I had interned with JW Marriott Kolkata and my stipend was 2500 back in 2017

The placement provided by the college is very satisfying and it involves reputed brands like TAj, Oberoi, ITC, Marriott, Westin, Leela and etc. The placement department is exceptionally good and cooperative and they tactfully manage all the placement drives and help us regarding the procedure.

I am a 1st year student. So I haven't got any chance yet due to lockdown. but yeah I have seen our seniors sitting for the interview for internships in a good property. our college takes the responsibility for this.

Yes, our college provides internships (Industrial Training) for all the students. Every IHM provides students IT during their 2nd year (3rd semester for summer batch and 4th semester for the winter batch students). The stipend varies company to company or hotel to hotel.

Placements are started at the starting of 3rd year, and the internship is done basically at 2nd year, where the total students of 2nd yr is divided into 2sections and sent for internship for 6, 6 months and the stiphend depends on the hotel you are doing internship

Placement and Job Opportunities are sound as because the number of hospitality outlets and hotels are increasing in our country. Yes, our college also provides internship facilities. The experience is quite good in hospitality sector for me , people with visions can make it high as well.

The placement were best in our college. Almost all the leading organizations from the hospitality sector visited our campus for recruitment purpose. The overall placement record of the college is good.

The placement is really good. 95% of students got the placement in good hotels like Oberoi grand, Taj Bengal, Leela Palace, Marriott, Barbeque Nation, DLF and many more and many of them got MT. The salary offered is based on the department and profile of the students.
