Since students come from all across India, there are many different cultures and a wide variety of people from different regions of the country.
Students are always encouraged to experiment and attempt new things by the proactive management.
The greatest teachers are hired to ensure that students study the most up-to-date material in the most effective manner.

Dislikes

The management of the institution maintains very tight restrictions regarding timings, absenteeism, and breaking the college's discipline code.
Discipline and regulations are excessive.They always say that self-discipline is necessary for success in the workplace, and the hotel industry is especially strict about discipline.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements will begin in the fifth semester, and students will already have work by the sixth semester. For the campus assignments, all of the top hotels, including the Oberois, Taj, and The Leelas, as well as luxury cruise lines, including P&O Cruises UK & Australia, Costa Cruise Lines Italy, and Princes Cruise Lines USA, arrive.

For achive something you have secrifice

Likes

Environment is very nice chef and staff they are also very nice
They conduct many competition which are really very nice and helpful for improving out skill
Their teaching method also good and study materials which they provide us are very nice and helpful

Dislikes

Our leaving time is not fix some time we have to stay for long time
Some time we have to work extra and that is very difficult
Some time they don’t provide information on time

Internships Opportunities:

Well in internshop you have to work very hard i i also did because that time there is lots of pressure as compare to college kitchen not only that some time i was upset and not like but after some time it was good

East to west, brand CAI is the best

Way of teaching and hand on practical in the academy
Books and study materials..all are available
New new technologies are also available in the academy

Internships Opportunities:

Big shots of the hotel industry like the oberoi groups of hotel, the Taj , ITC, Hyatt, j.w.marriott, Westin...all are available for the students who can crack the interview. So the students needs to prepare themselves well for the IT interview with the help of the chef's.

CAI - OFTEN INTIMIDATED NEVER EQUALLED

Likes

Infrastructure - college has got around 8 well equipped kitchens.
Faculty- excellent faculty which teaches patience and discipline
Placement - around 80% students are placed every year

Dislikes

Student Clubs - there are no recreational clubs like music, dance, sports.
Mental health counselling - mental health is affected alot in beginning years. So i wish there were a mental health coordinator
I wish college was issuing library books to home.

5th Sem is entirely dedicated to industrial Training, where almost all the students are offered with internships at international hotels like ITC, TAJ, PARK, LEELA, and OBEROI. A stipend of around 1200- 4000 is offered depending on the organization.

This college is the perfect for those who wants to become chefs
Kitchens are of International standards and fully equipped
Never compromises in the quality and never backsteps in the means of Costly ingredients

As part of the course curriculum, the students have to go through Industrial Training in their 4th Semester so the college provides internships in all the star hotels like the Oberoi, Taj, The leelas and other hotel groups
