throughout 5th and 6th semester on site campus placements will be happening. top star hotel brands like TAJ, ITC, OBEROI GROUP, PARK, LEELA, GRT, CLUB MAHINDRA, etc., one person can sit for as many interviews as possible and chef instructors are always available to guide you and train you for the interviews. cruise line companies also visit the campus for the same. the salary and package totally depends on the level you are hired and the company hiring. students from CAI are always given the highest possible rank in the hierarchy of the kitchen. cent percent placements is an USP for CAI, so its sure that one would get a job end of 3 yrs of study.

Placement Experience:

I have trained for 4 months at The Westin Gurgaon as an industrial trainee. I have trained in the following kitchens: Garde Manger, Pastry and Bakery, Banquets, Live kitchen. The College provides placements both on land and cruise. The campus interviews take place in the college. Hotels like ITC, The Oberoi, Leela, The Lalit, Accor hotels, Taj come to our college for interviews and select students. Cruise companies include P&O, Costa, Princess that come to the college for interviews.
