BDS is a good course with we can choose in the field of medicine. The course has been for 5 years now it has been updated to 5.5 years and has a lot of changes it has 19 subjects to study with medical subjects till 3rd year and complete dental subjects for the final year which is continued with 1 year of internship

The course curriculum is one of the most thorough in the country, well in with the standards of Western dental schools. One of the main aspects of this curriculum that influenced me to take this course would be the sheer practical opportunities availed. We also study about constitution in second year which helps in prioritizing ourselves as individuals of the country who needs justice in case of medico-legal cases. It tells us on how to work with your patient and connect to them in a better manner. In our college, internal assessments are conducted within every 3 months. We have 3 IAs. Minimum eligibility marks in the internal assessments and 75% attendance is required for appearing for the university examinations.
