The Internships were not offered by the college however i got several internships with the brand name of XIC and several companies recognised my affiliation with Xaviers Institute of Communication and its bagged me many internships

The courses provided in the college are professional courses. Hence, there is no such placement cell. But every one gets employed or they start their own companies. In my stream many of the students got jobs in production houses.

Job opportunities and placements are there in the college and most of the students gets placements. Internships are also provided but sometimes we have to find jobs on our own. As a trainee I don't earned much in the internship but learned so much which was important for experience

90% of the students get placement.There is also placement cell in the college.Counselling is also provided to the students who are confused about what they want to do etc.I have done internship and salary i got that time was 10k per month.

The placements record of my college were quite good. Companies like tata motors, Toyota, Honda, Dell, kpmg, pwc, etc., used to visit our college to offer placement opportunities to students. The placement packages ranged from 9 lakhs per annnum to 18 lakhs per annnum.

Job opportunities are very good in this field. after completing the course a student can easily get placement in Mass media, new media, and internet communication, The print, broadcast, and digital media, TV/Radio, media services, publishing houses, corporate world, NGOs and newspapers. So the placement is excellent after completing the course.

Placement is average in the college, the students get placement from Film Studios, Production Houses, Advertising Agencies and film making companies. Also, many students believe in starting their own work because after completing the course the student becomes eligible for their own firms.

In terms of placements and jobs, Xavier is known for providing a good opportunity for students where they can start their carer and gain experience. Various companies every year participate in the placement event and recruit students based on their skills.
