I applied in Bombay flying club but I got to know that the Thakur institute of aviation technology is much more better than any other colleges in Mumbai. For getting the admission in Thakur College the eligibility is you have to score more than 50% in your 12th board exam with PCM as your subject.

I choosed this collage because B1.3 helicopter (turbine engine) .collage offering this course is very less in India and the reputation of this collage made me to select this collage. The admission process is very easy and convenient there is no cutoff required you can come after diploma in mechanical or 12th PCM

Admission process for me was easy. But had to hurry and pay rs 50000 to book my seat. There are very limited seats in both the mechanical and avionics stream. I ha given an online Google form test while taking admission
The eligibility criteria for Aircraft maintenance and engineering is class 12th with pcm from a recognized board the course is divided into two mechanical and avionics. You can find and enquire from the Thakur institute website you but the application form will get physical only on the college
Coming to the course syllabus, it was up to the date what a graduate need after completing his or her course. Along with theoretical knowledge we are also provided with practical knowledge. Faculty we are provided are very well experienced and makes learning easier
Overall, responses from both the quantitative and qualitative data indicated moderate to high levels of satisfaction with the quality of teaching, instruction, learning and student engagement; with students being less (but nevertheless still) positive about workloads, assessments, outcomes and available or assigned.
The course was good. But the passing percentage is 75% out of 100%. There are 4 semesters in 2 years. In 2 years they will teach 2400 hours are mandatory. 11 subjects are there. In the 1st semester 4 subject. 2nd semester 4 subject. 3rd semester 1/2 portion of 3 subjects. 4 semester 1/2 portion of 3 subjects.
college is very good on the basement of study but there less no of holidays provide by the college and then we have to come to the college mostly half off holidays to other college since I have problems
The positive remarks is the college is in between Kandivali and Borivali so it is easily accessible from local train government bus or private means of transport. The negative remarks is the canteen foods does not have many varieties
The exams are not very difficult but its the competition which makes it. Work hard you'll alwaya get through very easily. Well exams in this course are MCQ based. And also sometimes theory based exams.
