Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Class 12) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST and reserved category candidates).

For Karnataka state seats, a valid KCET rank is required; candidates must also meet Karnataka domicile and eligibility norms of the Karnataka Examinations Authority.

For the ICAR all-India quota (15% seats), a valid CUET-UG score in the relevant subjects is required as per ICAR counselling norms.

Admission Process

For state seats: register for KCET on the KEA portal by February 27, 2026, appear for the exam on April 23 and 24, 2026, and participate in KEA counselling for the agriculture stream after the result on May 28, 2026.

For ICAR quota seats: register for CUET-UG on cuet.nta.nic.in by February 26, 2026, appear for the exam in May 2026, and apply through the ICAR UG counselling once the result is declared in June 2026.

Attend document verification and seat allotment conducted by UAS Bangalore and the College of Agriculture, Hassan, with 10+2 mark sheets, transfer certificate, and category and domicile certificates as applicable.
