CII Institute of Hospitality, Kochi is a premier hospitality management institute in India, that offers the esteemed VET by EHL Swiss Professional Diploma across 39 locations nationwide. This esteemed program is delivered by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) Switzerland, and esteemed hospitality Industry leaders—ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels, and Hyatt Hotels.
The Institute's flagship 18-month program provides students with immersive experiential training at our training center in Kochi, Kerala. During this course of this program, students will acquire the competencies and knowledge required to succeed in their chosen field.
The VET by EHL Professional Diploma is structured into three sequential certificate levels — Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced — each building on the previous one to culminate in a Professional Diploma. The three programs offered include — the Swiss International Culinary Professional Diploma, the Swiss International Food & Beverage Service Professional Diploma, and the Swiss International Rooms Professional Diploma.
The program will take place at any CII Institute of Hospitality center and receive on-the-job training at ITC Kakatiya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in Kerala.
