Faculty so experience and I like that teaching so much and the teaching atmosphere and the environment where we are studying is so nice and the patient exposes are we are getting his adequate and it will fill our wishes and its very good tourist stai
Here extra curricular activities or equally with education we have badminton volleyball football basketball courts and we have carroms chess and other games as well and the fitness and extra is good are campus is so special at night times we can able
It is a friendly atmosphere on the people are so good and so corporate

Dislikes

Everything I like about the campus and there is it some disadvantages that we don't have a own Hospital It's under construction
For hospital we have to go to government hospital karyakal which is near to us
We have bus facility available to reach GH Karaikal for postings

Admission:

I choose this college over the other colleges because it say Central Institute and the way they are teaching environment and the fee structure and operation exposure is very good which improves are opportunities in the future for studying for PG as well as our competitive exams

Best Central University for MBBS through NEET UG, best faculties and cheerful environment.

Likes

Well qualified,experienced and interactive faculties.
Highly equipped smart classrooms and world class labs.
Best study exposure as well as opportunity to explore other hidden talents

Dislikes

Remote location, less access to other recreational activities.
Class size of 60 students, has its own pros and cons.
As the curriculum and syllabus is vast, it's sometimes hectic.

I got GMC Nagpur in 1st round of MCC AIQ counselling, but I upgraded to JIPMER in 3rd round because JIPMER is a central institute(institute of national importance by MoFHW, Govt of India). It doesn't have any service bond unlike other state medical colleges and very affordable for middle class students.

Faculties and students interaction is good
Saturdays are half days so weekend you will get free time
You can visit pondicherry and enjoy in weekend

Dislikes

No infrastructure except college and hostel
No hospital so clinicals and internship is difficult
Karaikal being remote area transportation accessibility less

Admission:

I have applied for AIIMS mangalagiri nagpur Patna but unfortunately I didn't get them as I belong to general category so joined this college as this is the only central institute I am getting for my marks

College infrastructure and teaching quality are so good academically
Nice hostel facilities and huge area of infrastructure.
Good proffesors and always kind hearted.

Dislikes

There's no ground to play any game or anything
Food in mess is not at all good and there's no change about it
Strict timings even to raom inside the hostel premises.

Admission:

I chose this college as this is a central government aided , but this has always been an autonomous college without following any direct orders from the government and this makes them to make their own decisions to implement.

College has for a new academic campus and new girls and boys hostel.
College is ragging free and freshers are given proper guidance.

Dislikes

Being an autonomous institution, students have only little control over academic and extracurricular activities.
This institution gives only little importance to extra curricular activities.

This is an institution of national importance which makes it different from other colleges and also offers reservation for pg seats for students studying ug course from this institution. Having a jipmerite tag is a matter of pride. Admission procedures are done in pondicherry campus and you will be properly instructed and guided during admission.

Lack of more cultural activities and programmes
Lack of gym and other physical care facilities
Lack of JIPMER hospital and other hospital facilities

Admission:

I applied for AIIMS Delhi ,AIIMS Bhuvaneshwar and JIPMER Pondicherry I couldn't get admission in those colleges dueto my lower ranks. Admission is through NEET and MCC Earlier we used to have a seperate jipmer exam but we don't follow it any longer We follow neet exams now

Academics, professors, facilities especially hostel and academic facilities,
Hostel and academic building is on same campus. Walkable distance
Academics is like 3 or 4 or 5 internal exams in a year and model exam and finally public exam. Its like 40percentage internal + model and 60percentage finaln

Dislikes

Extra curricular activities. Proper ground is not there
No basketball court, tennis court, futsal, badminton
Hosptal is not there. We are going for clinicals in government hospital karaikal

Admission:

I applied mainly in jipmer pondicheryy and i got admission there too through jipmer internal quota seats. But later one student from jipmer karaikal claim that i applied in both kerala and pondicheryy internal seats and i am not a puducherry resident. Due to this wrong claim and poor rules in puducherry state my admission was cancelled by nmc and after that i went madrass high court again and filed appeal against the decision that nmc made. But in court instead of giving me justice the madrass high court judge gave me another option that i can choose jipmer karaikal seat throgh the same internal quota. Then i choose that. The thing is that i got admission in jipmer karaikal through the internal quota seat!!!

It is nice infrastructure with new updated instrument

Admission:

I have written the NEET UG exam for joining the MBBS Course. All the application processes are conducted at jipmer Puducherry. Jipmer staff nicely guided me through the joining process. During reporting they took all medical reports which were checked there only for free of cost
