After completion of 4th semester ie during the 5th sem or in the 3rd year the students become eligible for attending placements. Companies like Maruti Suzuki, Reliance, Tata Motors, Infosys etc vist the campus of Government polytechnic college Sundernagar to provide on campus placements.
