The New Horizons Institute of Technology Durgapur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Actually I have completed my studies during the starting of COVID19, so there was not any company at that time which are ready to hire, according to our college. But thereafter the covid passed, still there was no support for placements from the placement cell.

Particularly I choosed for the course as I wanted to be an engineer but I didn't had so much of monetary support from my family . The faculties here for the stream ETCE is very good and highly professional. They are always focusing on the better ment of the students and they are very friendly

I did choose the course because I have an interest in engineering and want to be a good engineer. Teachers are good and highly educated and come from reputed institutions. The term exam was easy because what ever teacher teach came in exam.

We college have many companies like tata motors, cumming company, dana limites, spices limited, Ashok Leyland. Mahindra. L and t company and much more high package is 3.5 lakh per annum aur department students got 90 per cent placed. I have been placed in tata motors which gives me 3.2 lacs per annum. My plan is to do b tech at Jadavpur University.

From 5-semester students become eligible for the campus, and names of the companies visited like Peagio, Wipro, Infosys, l&t, and many other big companies. The highest package as per company and profiles offered is around 10lac. The percentage of students getting placement is 99%. My plan after getting the degree is I want to need to be admitted to B. Tech.

The 5th sem students are got placements and they complete their studies and join a job. They got the best package. 80% of students age got there placement last year. I will join the best company when I complete my study.

I am from diploma so I am eligible for campus placement in 3rd year as per the company eligibility criteria the college gives you an email link was there where you get the application link for campus placement companies. During the year of the corona, 90% of students get placed here. After getting my degree my target is to get Means crack the JELET exam.

Because my Father working on P.W.D so I can choose civil engineering and help with my job FACULTY STUDENT RATIO IS 60:40 ALL Faculty are Highly graduated and also teaching method is very responsible Total 5 semesters every 1 year 2 semester and also college mock test, vibe, internal exam are there

I have chosen electrical engineering because I have an understanding of electronic devices earlier. The student's ratio is about 20:20 The teachers are good and well knowledgeable. They are always ready to help you in any situation and at any time. There are 2 semesters per year at this college and have extra 2 internals at this college.

I want to be a mechanical engineer and I have very interested in mechanical engineering works so I am choosing this course. Our department has 68 students. Our faculties are very much high qualified. They are teaching us very well. Total six times are exam in this course.
